Oh, well that is a bit sad but that main thing is that you were really trying! :P
Once when I was doing Thane's loyalty mission, I was so positive that I wouldn't fail it that the last time I'd saved was a couple of missions back. Anyway, Thane's mission comes around and I do everything right until I see those darn Keepers. It sort of went like this:
Me -"Okay, everything's going well, what mission should I-- OMG A KEEPER?! REALLY?! OOOH CAN I TOUCH IT?!"
Thane - "Shepard, can you give me an update?"
Me - "In a minute, Thane! Why can't I touch the Keeper? That is cruel!"
In the next few minutes that followed, let's just say that I ducked my head in shame quite alot. Then I proceeded to nearly throw my controller at the television when I realised that my last save was quite a while back. Nevertheless, it taught me a lesson to save more frequently.

Don´t you have autosave?

On PS3 you can always restart current mission... Which where a good thing cuz the first playthrough I had to restart the mission 4 times because I always got lost.

I got into the habit of saving very often, probably too much, because this tends to happen a lot when I play games. I get lost, or walk into a room and my character gets killed, or start playing before I learn the controls and end up trying to punch a room full of husks to death... At least there's never a dull moment. xD

I know a lot of people were distracted by the dancing turian in Thane's loyalty mission. There's also a case for Shep to open towards the beginning, if I remember right. Maybe they designed it that way on purpose.

Yep, I have autosave but the last autosave was straight after Kolyat ran away in that taxi. Now that I think about it, I should have just turned off my PS3 and done the mission again.
As you said, you can always restart the current mission but on mine it was Garrus' loyalty mission that came up to restart which was two missions back. Not sure if that was a glitch but I sure learnt my lesson haha xD

@Saren - you're right, there is never a dull moment! xD
Yes, it is pretty easy to get distracted in Thane's loyalty mission. I've never noticed the dancing turian, I'll have to look out for it next time. (:

Techno Turian!

I think flycam was used to get this close-up view. Shepard has to look down at him in-game, but it is possible to tell that it's a turian if you're looking out for him. :) One of many great things about Thane's missions.

Thane's loyality mission scares me, because of the distractions. I hate how he starts pressuring you for updates and when he sounds annoyed, I get nervous. xD I must be one of the few who never saw the dancing turian either, I heard about it afterwards.

Won't be playing the demo myself because 1, it won't have my import, 2, it's a teaser and I can't handle teasers well, and 3, I avoid spoilers. xD

I'll stick to Star wars and ME2 playthroughs till ME3.

Yay I get to play catch up!!
Love all the screenies! It sometimes makes me wish I played on a PC.

I either play Adept or Infiltrator, and always get the sniper rifle in the collector base.

I will be playing the demo - can't wait!

Gameinformer listed the achievements you can get in ME3 - might be spoilers? One of them is definitely intriguing...

@LT - love the kitties!
@myth - read that story and LOVED it! Definitely laugh worthy!

And new from Savvid

The techno turian dances better than Shepard.

Humans live about 150 years in the mass effect universe. Do you think that the upgrades Cerberus gave shepard will prolong her life past that?

It seems like Shepard will outlive all of the LI's except Liara, and maybe Miranda. If Thane is cured how would you feel about the fact that Shepard will outlive him by many years?
I think Drell live about 85 years.

I would feel a little sad for my shepard becasue that's a lot of years to be alone if your shepard decides to stay alone.

Actually, the codex said that Drell live about 85 galactic years, which isn't Earth years. Proper equations done, Drell generally live to be about 110 I believe (I wrote a post on this a while back, I'll go see if I can find it).

Edit: Found it-

Eighty five galactic standard years. A galactic standard year is allegedly an average year on the Asari and Salarian homeworlds. A galactic year is slightly longer than an Earth year, 1.043 Earth years. That "slightly longer" (380.695 days as opposed to 365 days) will translate to a slightly longer Drell lifepan.

Point is, though, that the gap isn't so great, I think. And just because some humans can live to be a hundred fifty doesn't mean that everyone will. People today can live to be a 114, but most don't...

Wow! That turian is an expert dancer. I love how he strolls onto the floor then joins in the dance. He definitely gets a ten out of ten for his dancing skills. xD
I can't believe I missed him the numerous amount of times I've played Thane's loyalty mission. Definitely looking out for it next time.

You might not want to, it's entirely possible it will make you fail the mission XD

Just a second ago I almost caved into the darkside and read the script. I prevailed however BI this wait is becoming unbearable...

Haha, very true. I suppose it's a risk that I'm willing to take! xD

I know exactly how you feel. There have been so many times I've almost looked at the script and sometimes I think that I'll just quickly skim through it or peek but I know that if I start reading the spoilers, I'll never stop.
You're absolutely correct, this wait is becoming unbearable.

I still think with her upgrades Shepard might live a bit longer than your average human in the mass effect universe. The upgrades could also do the opposite and shorten her life too.

I've never seen him because I'm to busy following Talid. Where is he?

Right before you go into the next area with the entrance to the stockroom, there should be a bar. He should be leaning against the bar or already be dancing.

Hey guys, just saw this on the ME2 facebook page. It's all right. (and I hate rap as a general rule). The song's about Garrus, Thane, and Jack. I enjoyed it. Thought you might too.

I enjoyed the rap, it's actually really well done.
I love the bit when they're rapping about Garrus and they say "fight my way through Reapers....and antique stores." xD

Wow, that is just wow. That looks amazing! You are very talented! (:

Also, I clicked on the link and looked through your gallery (hope that doesn't make me sound like a stalker) and I saw the artwork of your dark elf/dunmer. It is amazing! She looks gorgeous! I love the dark elves/dunmer, they're my favourite race in the Elder Scrolls series. :P That piece of artwork brought back memories of Skyrim, I really need to start playing that again. Maybe that'll keep my mind off of ME3, doubt it though. ^^

HAHA! Great job Hanar! I love these comics you do. Great to see you back in action! :D

I feel sorry for Thane though. What he must have thought in those few seconds before Mordin explained what he was doing. Especially after Shepard started denying it. Poor Thane. :crying:
