I hope he's in it too - if we even see the FemShep trailer! I know they said soon, but the demo will be out, and I'm afraid that after they wouldn't bother.

Anyone else notice in Thanes introductary trailer he looks a little bit... wet. (I don't want to say slimey but, It doesn't look like tough hard scales.) I imagine it feels somewhat like snake skin, or the underbelly of a lizard. cool, smooth.
 
Sorry if I already brought this up, I often notice and ask something and  then dissappear before answers come about.

You're lucky you can mod, I'm on PS3 so no modding for me, haha. I'm happy with some of my Shepard's and how they turned out but they tend to all look the same.

Different hair would be nice. Some where nice, and some I hated. These are the exact same styles they had in ME1.
I had ME1 and 2 on the xbox. Mass Effect is one of the reasons I bought an xbox. I would have gotten it on the playstation if it had been avaible because that's what all we had at the time, and I do love my playstation. I had ME2  about 4 months before I got it for the PC so I could do all the modding.

That's exactly how I have imagined his skin to feel like. I got a snake myself and I love picking him up cause he's so cold and soothing. I can't imagine it feeling like... well the back of a lizard or... crocodile.

I try to not think about what Thane's skin feels like...I actually have a deep seated fear of snakes, so that to me shows how amazing Thane is as a character...I also very much dislike the color green.

Penny loves Thane very much and good for her...this would also be why I don't self insert myself into the game.

There is also suppose to be a new trailer with MShep in it too I guess. Both should be out soon.

I want details about the new hairstyles, any new color choices that may or may not be there, and all that fun stuff! I wonder if that style with the color streak ended up in the game. Natalie would definitely jump on the "go green for Thane" bandwagon.

I always thought drell skin would be similar to a snake too, which is really cool because I love snakes.

I hope the colour streak ended up in the game, I'd definitely get it for my canon Shepard (unless there was a hairstyle I liked more). I really hope there is a longer hairstyle but as long as there are nice new hairstyles or they've just "upgraded" the previous hairstyles, I will be satisfied.

Yeah, I want longer hair styles too. Miranda and a new ME3 character both have long hair... and my MainShep is jealous. I imagine that her hair (already the longest style available) was much longer before she joined the Alliance. Natalie, my Thanemance FemShep, is the type who would change her style often and go for all sorts of crazy new looks. A green streak in honor of her boyfriend would definitely fit her.

I actually thought Me3 Demo may play out a bit like DA2, where they let you play the demo with the readymade sheps, but lock down the creation aspects. Could be wrong though, I didn't play the ME2 Demo, was the character creator unlocked in that?

From what I've read here, there is no import function in the demo, but you can use the character creation to make a custom Shepard so you don't have to play as the default.

hmm fun fun. I hope they add something like the mirror of ______ . I am never happy with with my first try outs, the demo could be a good opportunity to tweak the hell out of things. I'd take pics too but I am on Xbox, and I live in the stone age, I don't have a cell or a camera.

Yeah, I didn't have the mirror because it's a DLC, but I think it was a great idea. They could do the same thing with a mirror in the main character's room, allowing them to change hair style, make-up, and stuff like that. (I chose a shade of lipstick for my first Hawke that was just slightly off, and it kind of bugged me.) I know PC players can do the same thing with mods, tweak their character whenever they want.

Same here. I play on Xbox, on an SDTV, and don't have a digital camera. Any pictures I tried to take would never show up.

I gave Penny this hairdo with the hopes that there will be long hair (like Ashley does for ME3) so that she can finely have her hair down while on board the ship.

I normally prefer the styles that aren't pulled back (even though a few of my Sheps will use them), so if some of my FemSheps get to have long hair in ME3, I'll just say that it grew during the timeskip. xD

Yeah, I think we all agree long hairstyles would be a welcome addition. Margurite would definitely go for a nice french roll or chignon, or just letting it all out. That's why she went for the bob cut. She doesn't like the feeling of having her hair tied back. Too restricting for her. She only wears it up when she absolutely has to.

That makes perfect sense. After all, Shepard has been decommissioned. She isn't in the military any more. There is absolutely no reason for her to keep her hair short if she doesn't want to.

So hope there is long hair. I still haven't decided if I'm going to download the demo though. I've almost used all of my on-peak data limit in only two weeks.
