As people have stated before me, if Thane does end up being an inevitable death, my ThaneShep will almost die for certain. Especially if her death will be with the knowledge that the galaxy's safe. Being a Colonist/War Hero and having outlived her lover, I'd like to think she'll be able to go out with a smile on her face. No regrets left.

Other than that, I'm simply having quite a lot of difficulty picturing any of my Shepards carrying on with their lives after the Reaper invasion. 
Don't get me wrong, I'd really, really despise killing off my Shepards on purpose and I probably won't get myself to do so anyway (ThaneShep possibly excluded), but having them survive and grow old feels... out of place.

There really isn't much stuff for us to talk about of Thane. I don't see why kids had to somehow turn into a serious disscusion when it was only something fun to do.
Only a few more days though until we can finally talk about something new about Thane though :happy:

Some people just hate the idea for no good reason.
It was just a fun little conversation, and it wasn't that serious. If I could draw a picture of their kid I would.

One more day for me. It will be nice to have something new to talk about.
Hopefully good news to talk about.

I've been taking sketch/art/drawing classes for the past few weeks since I am horrible. I can barely draw a cat.
Looks like something between a worm and a pig...
Anyway, when I think my skills are good enough, I may just draw a Thane/Shepard kid just for the "aww" and "lolz". I will not care if I get neck-snapped for it or not.

Now this made me smile.

I also agree with you about the leaked script.

All last night I dreamt of ME3. I dreamt that my canon shep was on her way to meet up with Thane and she got hit by one of those flying cars. It didn't kill her though and I kept trying to get to Thane. I can't remember the other dreams but I was pissed off in the morning. I am way to old to be dreaming about a video game.

Just chiming in to agree with both of you. Why must our fun be killed?! T'is so sad.
I hope that in the next couple of days we get to talk about happy Thane things but by the sounds of this leaked script (I haven't read it) it doesn't sound like it's headed in that direction. Hopefully something changes or I'm going to be going through many tissue boxes. And ice cream. And sad movies.

I just can't wait until I get to hear Thane's voice. That voice....oh holy cheese on a ******, I could listen to that voice all day.

Like I said earlier, the script just..does not match up. So I don't think theres much to worry about it, but of course me being me, I worry about everything that may not end up so bad until I see it.

Argghh, you're so lucky Dovahkiin! I wish that it was only one more day for me. The downside of living in Australia.  But I'm happy for you! Enjoy standing in the rain waiting for Thane, I can't think of a better way to spend my day/night!
I'm like you, I worry about everything. There is no doubt in my mind that I'm going to go prematurely grey. No doubt. I hope they've changed the script so it does match up. That may slow down the greying hair process. *crosses fingers*

I have some vanilla ice cream in my freezer, I'll send you some! Then you can just put green sprinkles all over it, in memory of Thane.  OMG, you have Mass Effect plushies?! I'm so jealous! Here's a deal, I'll send you all my ice cream and you send me your plushies? Thank you, you're too kind.

His voice is definitely swoon worthy. I can't help but grin like a little girl when I hear his voice. It's just so....perfect.  I also hope Thane doesn't sound like he's sick, I'll still love him but like you, I'll need to grab my tissue boxes early. I'm hoping to avoid that. Jeez, I have to avoid grabbing my tissue boxes early and avoid going grey early, this is too much work.

I will be playing this less than 24 hours from now but I couldn't wait. I tuned into a live stream of someone playing and they happened to see and talk to Thane. So, to not be spoilery all I can say is...yes, he's in the game. Any more than that I'm not revealing until people feel they need to know or they play for themselves.

Yes, it would definitely be worth it! I'd love to go to a midnight launch but we're not having one in the part of Australia where I live. Then again, I wouldn't be able to play it at midnight since I have darn school the next day.  I don't want to be disappointed with this game either, I'm so excited for it, I'd hate for it to not live up to my expectations but I think that I'll love the game.

Scoreeeee! I'll make sure to send you my ice cream in a portable freezer so it doesn't melt. I'll take great care of your plushies...

Oh gosh, don't even get me started on when Thane says "Siha". It takes a lot of self control not to faint right there and then when he says it. Yes, the looks Thane gives Shepard are most definitely swoon worthy. Actually, let me rephrase: everything about Thane is swoon worthy. It breaks my heart when he has tears in his eyes and breaks down in front of Shepard but I find it so powerful how he trusts her enough to tell her he's afraid. I love when he confesses he wants to visit a desert! It's so adorable.

I'm sure Thane will sound like Thane too. I'll have my twenty-three tissue boxes at the ready as well as your plushies. I don't drink tea but I'll make an exception for Thane.

I'm excited for the game, and happy to have all this nonsense resolved one way or the other - the info and spoilers supposedly flying around are driving me crazy!
