Can I just question why absolutely no one acknowledged Thane's death? Not even Liara, who's like Shepard's therapist. I just don't understand.
I hated how after Kaidan got *injured* femShep (who had just rejected him) was so distraught about it, but when Thane, her true love, *dies*, she seems completely fine about it for the rest of the game!! The only thing that redeemed Bioware for this injustice was "That was for Thane, you son of a ****." But still. Me and my fellow fangirls needed more Thane!
Two words: They forgot.

Yeah, I wasn't in charge of Thane, but I see Thane's death situation as one of those things that's the drawback of a large writing team. Lots of followers talk about the Citadel Event in terms of what happens with the VS, but because Thane was optional, it didn't click with any of us that the player could also have just lost a friend or loved one THERE as well. That was a dropped ball on our end.

Oh, and the "That was for Thane" wasn't nearly enough everything else considered; the fact that Shepard can't tell Thane she went to Huerta to see him, can't tell Kaidan that she was with Thane and not him and didn't considering it cheating after what he said on Horizon, can't talk about Thane with anyone, can't even mourn or grieve...
