I rewatched the Blur trailer after Thane's death and the slamming disappointment of it. I actually teared up watching it, it made me realize how much I love ME2 and how much I miss taking him everywhere. Wish I could just hold him and never let him get away from me!

As for the 15yrs, that is one of my main reasons for not playing MP. (ok, that AND I would probably be terrible....all my player companions would be..."I'm out.", and I be sitting there alone getting my arse handed to me. HA!)

Ughh I loved that video, I used to watch it over and over It's so sexy. I don't understand how some people don't find him beautiful. My friends that don't play Mass Effect just don't understand (although a couple came over to comfort me while I was crying about it because they know how much I love(d) him.)

Are there any copright protection problems with this? Technically, Thane is a bw...creation. And I believe they will make us suffer as much as possible. They like that.

I don't think it's crazy at all. Thane is the reason I joined BSN. He's the first character I've ever been crazy about, and I started getting tones of commissions because of Thane.
My husband doesn't understand either. He thinks I'm nuts, but I don't care.

Thane's too amazing to be abandoned like this.

If they had done his character and his death justice, I really think I would have been able to accept it. Still definitely wouldn't have stopped wishing for a cure, but I would have been able to deal with it.

And I agree. If we were given more than one scene with him...maybe. And if people actually mentioned it after the fact.
God bioware, I was nervous about what you would do to Thane, but I never imagined it would be this awful. I don't even know if I can play another bioware game, if this is what they do to my favorite characters.

Anyone have any suggestions?
I know Patrick Weekes' twitter as well but he didn't write Thane (and he already responded in his LJ to Visii) so I don't know if I should tweet him too.

I honestly am thinking of playing ME2, for the 3rd time, just so I can experience the Thane romance properly again. That is how dissatisfied I am. I just want to forget that the events of ME3 ever happened.

This is me too.  Before ME3 came out, I still had another realitively new femShep sitting in ME2 just waiting to meet (and romance Mr. Krios) She's actually my first blonde Shepard, and I think she turned out quite nice.  Also, I want to take some crazy pictures of Ulee Shepard, to go along with my PDS shorts.  She was my inspiration behind Perpetually Drunk Shepard.

But there's a local company that does t-shirts. They will do a simple logo (3 colors) 50 shirts for 250 ($5 each), or they're sending me a quote for full color. Anyone interested in something like that?
