Today I have been completely bi-polar. One minute I am as giddy as a school girl waiting for recess, the next, I'm in a state of malaise.....morose.....So, when 12:45 strolled around, I found myself driving my husband to his Doctor appointments. The car has an older Satelite Radio station console in it that I have never properly learned to use (the manual, I ***t you not, is 200+ pages), and as a result of this, I simply flip the arrow button between station 7 thru 10.
Station 7 = the '70's, Station 8 = the '80's, Station 9.....yeah, yeah, you get the idea.
So I had it on the '80's station, and I am in sort of the "blue" mood of my bi-polar state, and I swear.....every song was reminding me of Thane!

First song on was 'Take my Breath Away', by Berlin, next was 'I'll Be There for You', by Bon Jovi, then 'Never Run Away', by Heart (the words surprisingly work for a romanced Thane). I literally was starting to crack, but then the '80's gods saw fit to give me a "reprive" with Murry Head and his song "One Night in Bangkok".........couldn't get that song to work for Thane even if I tried! That is when it really dawned on my that I was trying WAYYYYY to hard to hear "Thane" in every song playing.......busted out laughing! Husband looks at me with a somewhat concerned face.....I chose to wave him off rather than explain......I think that was a smart move.
