Speaking of.... I just remembered that the train conductor had an ass that looked almost as sweet as Thane's does. Probably a good thing he was facing away from me, otherwise I would have gone straight for the crotch shot. lol

I feel so terrible about that.

EDIT: Thane's grunt was totally hot. Shepard though definitely sounded like she was starring in a very, very bad p0rn.

I definitely cringed in embarressment for Jennifer Hale at that moment, and they even animated her doing a little... 'hump', you might say .

(Btw.. I'm 19 haha)

Sunnie, I'm 26! Thane fans are diverse with ages all across the spectrum.

@Emerald, I hope you'll share your comic with us when you're done. Thane and Javik would have had the best conversations, if they had met. I would have dragged them all over the place just to hear their banter. <laments the epicness that could have been.....>

My reason for making these comics are exactly that, to show the level of awesome that could have been, had Thane been cured/saved/allowed back on the Normandy.. 

(And in my head-canon all of the above happened, also no Starchild. Period.)

Hopefully I'll have some done in time for the Fanbook but it's been years since I drew comics so hopefully they won't look like utter crap when I'm done.

I was so surprised when I heard Shep make that noise LOL would have been better if it were actually in private. I don't know if it's just me, but I got the impression Thane was ahem..."poking" her at that moment, not exactly her humping him...jeez it's hard to keep language PG rated in here!

And I really want to know what they were thinking when they animated that scene/recorded those lines. Seriously. wtf. I had to play through that scene twice just to be sure I heard it right.. it was unexpected haha.

Oh I know! When I got that scene in my one and only PT I had so many thoughts running through my head, and then I get this extremely public makeout/moan. It kind of left me thinking "What just happened?!". Jennifer Hale is a great voice actor but I don't think she had the right direction for those lines. Actually, she was probably thinking WTF when she was recording them.

It reminded me of the smooching noises Anders' VA had to make for DA2.  YOu can just imagine how weird that is for the actors.

I certainly hope she was.. I'm a little disappointed in the recording team for going with the way it sounded, I got the impression they were usually really specific about how they wanted lines to sound.. either they just didn't care with that scene or they actually put in the effort and said 'That was good but try and sound a little more perverted this time'.

His expression is priceless.

Thane sounded fine. Shepard sounded like a little like a porn star.
I wonder if that was a accident or done on purpose.

Ugh, that was painful.  Happened the first time I ever played the game.  I cringed and went ok, "Not only is Jacob just dull and reminds me of Kaidan but I'm done talking to him because now Shep sounds desperate."  Then I got to the point where the dialogue choice for Thane was "I Want You."  I cringed again and had this mental picture of Shep launching herself over the table, tackling him, and going for it right then and there.  After that image faded, I went ok, "I'm going for it just because what it says on the dialogue wheel is not really what comes out of her mouth, she may be thinking it but she doesn't actually say it."  Boy, was I relieved.

That is what I'd expect of Cameron AFTER talking to him and getting him alone. Fade to black. Cut back and clothes hanging and thrown all over the bedroom. Just sayin'. LOL This and the pics above really just made a previously irksome, upsetting, irritating day that much better!

Garrus interrupts...they are awesome-though I'm sure Shep and Thane don't think so!

When I first heard it I thought it was odd but I figured it was a surprised exclamation since Thane seemed to pull her in closer for a hug. My thoughts were innocent but have since been corrupted. [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/lol.png[/smilie]

ACK!! Having flashbacks on my one abused save where I tried out the flirts with Jacob! Seriously, I still think fem!Sheps dialogue is FAR worse than Jacobs, in that little scenario. <Yikes!> And yes, the make out scene is somewhat reminiscent of the Jacob flirts in ME2. The biggest distraction by far though, in all of the Thane/Shep dialogue in me3, is Shep sounds souless, almost distracted/casual. Very immersion breaking to say the least. Yes, they massacred Thane's romance/loyal arc and I despised that <sob>.....but then to throw our Sheps off the deep end as well.......WTH! Everything just sounded so tacked on. <sigh>

I had some strange ideas during that time. Want to share it with you:

What would happen if Thane were ill, but still alive, when Shepard is at the Citadel to talk to the ghost child? Would she chose the synthesis ending where Thane possibly could be saved because of that new DNA?

Or think about another scenario:

How would Shep decide, when the ghost on the Citadel were Thane's ghost and not this nameless boy?

(I apologize if my ideas are crazy - must be hay fever.)
