huh......nah. Not gonna put in "that game" for endings I have only ever YouTubed.....game had way to many problems outside of the Endings to have me literally dust it off, and put it in my console. It is still stuffed out of sight on my shelf....can't even see it....I'm serious....it is not in my field of vision.

You need to have your voice heard most of all, because you haven't been playing and Bioware thinks you're lost to them. If we can get a great ending made, we can all go back to playing the game and loving it. I know it's hard to have hope, but just 5 minutes of the character creator or turning on and walking away has the potential to make a big difference. Please think about it!

Well I can't participate in the "turn on" part, (won't have internet access on my Xbox at the time).

I support your campaign (or 'right' to campaign), and I really do hope you get what you want, but I think I was misunderstood.  I really don't have......(please don't hit me)........a real issue with the endings.  NOT saying they are good, but.......I didn't like SOOOOOO many things about me3 that getting a new epilogue to a game I won't play AT ALL, won't change a thing for me.  Admit at how selfish this sounds, but can't imagine doing something that actually makes me feel bad just for a "possibility" of getting a consession on an ending I will most likely never experience in real life.  I do wish you all the luck, and hope that you actually have fun this weekend....sounds weird, but having a fun weekend is a good thing, and I wish it for all.......it's the little things that make life precious.

Oh, I see! I'm glad you are ok with the endings, but sorry the rest of the game is ruined for you. I have some hope of being satisfied when all this is done, and I'm sorry to hear you don't. I would never hit anyone for being ok with the endings. Not taking part is perfectly fine, and thank you for your good wishes!

So, I'm sitting in the Atrium on Daydream (South Molle) Island sipping a hot chocolate and wishing I brought a jacket with me (I'm ****ing freezing!) And guess what, I DID bring Thane with me. He's having a blast!

Here's Thane looking out the ferry window as he's leaving Abel Point Marina, heading out across Milford Sound towards the Island. It's a bit rough out on the water, but he's still enjoying himself.


He's arrived, and having done the arrival tour and checked in to his room, he is looking at the beautiful garden outside his room.


Having finally unpacked his luggage, Thane decides to sit for a bit, and enjoy his new surroundings.


Tired from the day's journey, he decides to go to bed, and thinks of all the exciting things he's going to do tomorrow.


Unfortunately, the second I got here it went overcast and started blowing a gale, so all the exciting things I was going to do today have been cancelled. No jetskiing, or kyaking across the way to the deserted beach I can see from the resturant for me today.

And my lappy battery is about to die, so I'll log off and go find a power point I can plug Alistair into.

I know it isn't much, but I made a mod that replaces Liara in the ME3 flashback scenes with Thane.
I took a nice flycam shot and color-corrected so it fits in with the other scenes.

Should have seen the look on Vincent's face when I handed him what I wanted.  "What is that?"  After some explanation, he looked at me and said, "Let me work on drawing this and call you when I have something."  I just hope I'm not squeeing and drooling while I watch him drill it into my skin.

My god...

That music, the flashbacks and then Thane suddenly appearing. I swear, my chest felt like someone had tied a rope around it and then pulled firmly.

This is how it should have been, having actually seen Thane (or the correct LI at all) in the end like that would have redeemed the crappy ending a *tiny* bit. It's Bioware's own darn fault that a lot of players lost an emotional impact in the ending when Liara suddenly rears her face instead of your LI. Made me feel so robbed!

Kudos to you, although you almost made me care about ME3 again and cry. D:

Oh it's beautiful!  And I'm with Nerana - felt like my heart being ripped out all over again.  Thanks for creating it!  I sincerely hope they fix that issue.  It's unfair to all that didn't romance someone from ME1. 

Any my bracelet arrived!  I'll be taking pics this weekend!  Woot!!
Still doesn't make up for Thane's terrible story in ME3.  I've tried to replay it, and just can't.

While I'm overjoyed that Aislinn made a Thane flashback, and I am no amount of words can express how truly grateful I am, I realized that in order for me to actually see it in my game..I would have to play the whole thing. I suppose I could do a bum rush, even worse than I did in my first run through. But the pain of seeing that TroLeng fight and his death scene, that is the one thing that stops me. That is just so god awful I cannot imagine doing that to myself again and I do some pretty idiotic things on a daily basis...but that is too much.

I also know my OCD will kick in at some point and I will do it just because I have to see it. My OCD will override my good sense and then I'll be curled up in a ball weeping like before. Probably more so because I willingly did this to myself. I would start taking bets now chances are I will not rest until I've sent myself into emotional turmoil again.

@Aislinn Thank you so much for sharing that Thane flashback! Proves that it CAN be done. I'm still in disbelief that BioWare didn't bother to implement it for certain characters. My Shepard should have seen Thane in her flashback, not Liara. Sadly, I'm a console player so I'll never see it in my game. Not that I even plan to replay ME3 in it's current state. I just cannot take the awfulness of how Thane's character was handled. Every time I think about it I just feel angry and upset to the point of tears.

Alright! Close to deadline, but here it is:
Thane-Fanbook inspired co-opped Casual outfits Project for ME2 and ME3 (demo) between Lucky Thirteen and myself.

These can be used by those not overly apt at creating zhe arts for the Fanbook (or for the lols ofc), deadline is the 30th this month.

Most of these texmods are for ME2.
For those playing on a console with a viable PC, we've included an ME3 adjusted version of the hoodie that works on the full game and the DEMO.
For those that don't own a viable PC, we're offering to make screenshots for XBOX/PS3 players this weekend if they supply us with a ME2 Headmorph/savefile OR an ME3 facecode.
Send either me or Lucky Thirte­en a message over the BSN, and let us know which outfit you want your Shepard to wear (and where?) plus post us a download-link to the needed files and supply us with a possible slogan.

Aislinn made a very nice screenshot/manip with one of the available outfits, as an example:
