Clearly Thane didn't notice someone was taking his picture.

Thane never notices when utaker is taking pictures. She's quite the sneaky peeping tom.. i mean, peeping tara. ;)

Oh, and a quick question: does anyone have a PC ME2 save from just after Horizon, and before Thane's recruitment, that I can borrow? I want to gibb edit Margurite into it and take my screenies for the Fanbook, which I have to have done by tomorrow. I'm sorry I should have asked before but, well, I only just got back home! Could you PM me if you have, please?

Also, more Vacation Thane!

I always knew Thane had great taste in art!

Thane also really needs to learn how to play chess:

Posing at the giant chess set:

Posing around the "Putt your way Around Australia" minigolf course:

Hole 8 (I think)

The warning on the side said, "Danger. Don't Look Inside." So what does he do?
Posted Image

I'm not sure, but I think Thane would have been a bit conflicted regarding Ned Kelly.

At the New Parliament House hole:

At the bar at the end of the 19th hole:

More to come! Later, after Photobucket uploads them all. :)

Hanar05 made mine for me, but I RShara said that she's already asked her and she can't make any at the moment, but that she can send on the pattern. I think. Don't quote me on that, though. :)

I'd gladly make my own...well, no wait, I'd gladly get on my hands and knees and ask my Mom to do it. I am a nightmare with a sewing machine. I normally just give up and do it the old fashioned way, yep I'll spend 2 hours sewing something that would have taken moments with a sewing machine. Never ask about the Dora curtains I made from my daughter's old crib sheets. We won't go there.

And yes, Thane should FEAR me when it comes to taking pictures. Me with a camera or one finger on the F10 button is not something someone should be smiling about.

Speaking of which, I need to run through the game with Hope again. I am still saddened that I cannot play with Hope, Thane, and Javik.

@mythlover Your Thane plushie is so adorable. I'm loving the pictures.

I'm working out a pattern right now :D  I could get a book for signatures no problem... I'm feeling motivated:wizard:

Wildannie is working on a plushie, too!

I can't wait to see how it/they turn out. It's such a creative and cute idea.<3

Ottemis was nice enough to take screencaps of my Shepard for the Fanbook (Thank you Ottemis!).

It looks like Shep's in mourning, which is appropriate. :( She wants her Thane back.

My thanks to Ottemis and Silverhammer08 for my screenies of my Margurite:

Posted Image

Oh, and this is one I managed to take when I did something I really didn't want to do, and loaded her the ME3 demo. I think it's a beautiful shot. I'm calling it.... A Valkyrie in Mourning. At least until I think of a better title. ;)

@Mythlover - Awwww, poor sad Shep. I dunno, ''A Valkyrie in Mourning'' is a nice title...Although I find myself thinking ''A Siha in Mourning'' might also work.

Well, since Margurite is Danish, and Siha and Valkyrie are sort of the same thing, I chose Valkyrie, though Siha does indeed work, too. :)

Edit: Oh, and Margurite is also an Asatru.

Hmmm, I'd never heard of that before - Learn something new everyday Posted Image

I'm guessing that Margurite and Thane have had some interesting convo's about religion and belief?

Well, they are both polytheists, so Margurite has a more intimate understanding than other Shepards would be able to. Granted they don't always agree, but personally I've always thought the Sihas were parrallel to the Valkyries, so I'm sure they can find other parallels. I think their respective religions helped bring them together. It certainly was a new conversational avenue that both were very interested in exploring more deeply.

*Sigh* You know that's something I really, REALLY missed in ME3 - Squadmate/LI discussions - heck, there aren't even any Squad Quests anymore...Yeah, I get it, universe ending, but that never seemed to matter in any other game.

That's part of the problem with ME 3 for me - there's no connection. Hell, after the Citadel mission I kind of feel like, well, what damn reason do I have to care anymore? My LI's gone, most of my old squad is gone and what's left are just, not really there. - It's all 'Save the universe! Fight the Reapers!' yeah, well, give me a reason to care.

Probably being melodramatic but it fits how I feel.

Yeah, me too. I didn't care anywhere near as much as I did in ME2. I will write a long post later, cause I'm afraid I have to go to bed now. Talk to you in the morning. :)
