I used the polygamy mod, but it was nothing like the one utaker described. I feel like I missed something important.

Oh darn what Mod is that....Sir A's Special Skill Set, I think.  Found it over on Nexus, I do know that it has other uses. You can can set other characters on fire, make your other party members do each other...I'm surprised my game hasn't up and left me I have way too many mods installed.  Other than the various nude body mods, color, and hair mods I have those that I cannot live without.  Skip the Fade (oh yes..I hate the Fade),  Zevran ASAP, Zevran DT, Zevran Romance Scenes (see what we have going on here), Zevran in Awakenings, UDK, Winter Forge, Zevran Wedding, Phoenix Armonry, Stamina potion recipe mod, Sleeping by Eshme (I think that one allows some smexy times at the Tavern?), Slap Morrigan, Qunari Update (needed to Sten to look like the Qun of DA2), QaL, Some mods that allow DA to hit level 50, Awakening Abilities in DA:O, Kirkwall Exports, Inverness Keep, Alley of Murders, Extra Dog Slot, Extended Shale Talents, Extended Dog Talents, Dog in Awakenings, Dog class Modifier, DLC Merchandise (I think that one includes the Antivan Wedding Band), Dalish Mage, Dalish Ceremonial Armor, Bodahn Tweaks, Camp Merchant Chest,  Apostate Clothing, Advanced Quickbar and Tactics.  That doesn't include the crap I made myself.  

I have found that with Zevran and Warden both having the Flicker ability from Awakenings will clear out a room real quick and that you really don't need anyone else with you.

I don't really find the side missions in this game that interesting. 
I wish that Invictus rumor had been true, and we would have at least had an option to cure him.

Well, it would be no more convenient than any of the other sidequests in the game. Shepard basically walks around eavesdropping on people and conveniently comes across exactly what those people need. Why can't she do it for the man she loves?

I just want a choice, damn it.

ooooh this pic is sooo cute. i would take him into my lab as well, but i think my guide will be against it T_T so i cannot let thane do some medical research for his own cure. damn it <.< stupid, strict  lab rules <.< so i gonna have to find something new.
what ya think about the dome of cologne? i can go upstairs with him. or is there someone from italy who wants to go to st peter's basilica? ^^

haha i used polygame, but i have the feeling that it had stolen my game play fun, so i turned of, also with the free love mod. i just had the mabari always with me, wedding mods, sex scene always seen and the helmet off mod (best mod ever xD)
aaah yeah, and a special change for the first night with alistair^^

And I have to report that I like Arkham City much more that Arkham Asylum. Plus in A. City, you can play as Cat Woman at certain points.

Well, if there's no option to say no then he'll do it and like it...a lot.  The look on Garrus's face would be priceless though, I imagine he'd be embarrassed.  I can hear Jack, "Holy Sh*t, Shepard!"  I know some would say that Thane is too reserved for such antics but is he really? In my head, he is not.  He's got an inner beast in him, all Shepard needs to do is stroke (snicker) that inner being a bit and off he goes.

haha xD actually you don't have to proof that... i guess thane is even more deeper than we can imagine. i'm germany we said "quiet water are always deep" don't know, if this exist in english either^^ but i think it fit feel. i think beyond his cool surface...well...we should leave this xD i think you know what i mean xD

Yeah, I had to wait until most people left work so I could sneak him in for a few photos!  Which was made all the more difficult because there are soooo many windows looking into the lab from the offices and communal areas!  I think it was worth it though!

It's just that some of you are far more eloquent than I am/can be at times, and you're all making a lot of points that I can guarantee I would forget if I didn't save the original posts for later use. @utaker, again: Yeah, I wanna know what Kaidan would say too. Also, someone needs to make a mod of that. I would totally learn how to mod me2 just so I could have that!

Speaking of, is there a mod yet to character swap, say... Kaidan out and replace him with Thane? Yeah, I know we would still have to listen to Kaidan's dialogue and read the crappy lines, but we can always turn the sound off and pretend it's the real Thane!

Oh, wait, never mind. It wouldn't work. Never would be able to believe that Kaidan's romance could pass for Thane's. No one can pass for Thane.

Damn, need to finish writing that Fanbook Intro Essay so I can start on the Before Cerberus - Thane Romance fic. I've got really good ideas for it too!

No, I didn't forget what you said about delicious conversations.  I figured you'd be upset if you had nothing to read.  :innocent:  I don't care if any of my stuff gets referenced.  I learned long ago that if I wanted to keep my words to myself and no one use them ever then to not put them on the internet.  

If I could swap Kaidan's model with Thane, I'd do it.  I would just turn off the subtitles and the sound.  I'd also keep Thane's model in the hospital and make out with him anyway.  Then pretend it was Tink and then it would make more sense if I was accused of "cheating" later on.  Yes, I did, yes I did.... sorry it looked like you.  Forgive me!  Can I swap the hospital Thane for Kai Leng?  For Malificent..... 

I'm not sure exactly who Tully is but I'm still laughing at him showing up in Thane support group with a KL avatar.  Pure Win!

Your pictures turned out great! I'm glad you were able to take them without any issues. The one with Thane wearing the lab coat is especially cute. Thane's journey is off to a wonderful start.

I know what you mean. The side quests felt very repetitive/tedious. Basically, Shep eavesdrops on a random NPC, goes off to scan a planet for the item in question ( for example: Kakliosaur Fossil) , and the quest ends with Shep bringing the item to the NPC for credits/reputation.

I wish the Invictus mission had been real, too. It sounded so much better than what we got and it would have been so much more fitting for Thane's character, in my opinion. Why couldn't it be real? To think that the person who spread that rumor came up with a better role for Thane than BioWare is just saddening.

There's no mod yet...I tried it myself, but while I have Xbox version of game it's hard for me right now to do model swapping.
Don't know if it could work anyway...In DA2 I wanted romance with Sebastian so I changed Fenris into Sebastian...it worked good, but after I edited dialogs lines too....
While I lost faith in BioWare, that they will "fix" Thane in ME3 the best Im able to do right now is playing ME3 with my headcanon story, where Shepard saved Kahje in Hannar Diplomat quest, and Koylat took Thane there after he was in a coma ( " death" scene) for lunge transplantation ...

I love your picture!!! OMG  I hope some  good heart in the dev  team  for dlc's   could  see this and decide after all we can  get a chance to  save him (even if it is just   to   have him around till the end of   Shepard )

@myth No worries, I probably broke some health and safety rules but I find most of them ridiculous anyway! But there was nobody around anyway, so it's all good! Just in case anyone was wondering though, I did keep Thane safe when he was in there!
