And right after this pic I imagine Miranda using Slam to put Kai Leng on the floor, meantime Thane rushes forward as Kai Leng tries to get up, Thane grabs the base of his skull and jaw-bone and:
*Neck-Snap*
Followed by Miranda puttting a bullet in Leng's head.
Thane: "An unecessary precaution. Did you believe he'd get up again?"
Miranda: "Not anymore."
(Yep, I totally referenced the line Miranda used after she killed Wilson, In addition when I get the time, I'm thinking of turning the above into a short comic by posing the 3-d models)
This is the result of many hours on learning how to import, texture and pose models in 3ds Max and fiddling around another couple of hours in Photoshop CS2.
It was both fun and difficult at the same time but meh, I like challenges espicially if they involve Thane
(Oh and yep, I'm posting this in the Miranda thread too incase anyone is wondering)
This is awesome!!!

I'm tempted to put out this as a tweet - If BioWare had put as much effort into ME3 as they are denying the promises they made and making excuses they wouldn't have a problem.
Have to cut it down some...and maybe it's a bit too snide - thoughts?
Edit - And I want that T-shirt!
I like that tweet just fine!
I second liking that Visii, if you post something along those lines let me know I will retweet the HELLL OUT OF THAT TWEET

I can't believe someone described Thane's death as intimate and thoughtful.
Is she on drugs. Shepard standing there like an emotionless statue was her idea of intimante, and there was nothing thoughtful or moving about that scene.
It was emotionless, cold and depressing.
The only thing moving during that scene was the contents of my stomach...up the esphogus and out my mouth.
That made me laugh.
I made my way in here (with the intent of becoming a regular), and I
found this. Rest assured I am Not sticky however the same can not be
said of the hmm how do I put this in a polite and respectful manor,, my
friend with benifits I was with last night, I'm fairly certain when I
left her place this moring there where parts of her that were still
sticky after 3 rounds. A shot here and shot there, and one in the
condom.

@Emerald....I love that pic. It screams of all kind of goodness and the epicness of "what could have been" had someone given a little more thought to the game.
Now, onto the game itself (I almost typed now onto Thane, not a bad thought but I would not have stopped with just that...kinda like I am doing now). Why after two successful Mass Effects and this being the last did they feel the need to add different modes to the game? Action Mode? Was that really necessary? Mass Effect is or was supposed to be an RPG. If I wanted a shooter, I would have went in that direction.
You know what makes me laugh (and it should not) they put these other crap modes in there to appeal to the new fans they were hoping to bring in. Us long time fans, didn't ask for it, we knew it was an RPG and mostly story/character driven. That's what made most of us fall in love with the series. Now to the funny part...when you want to appeal to a wider audience, how about this, you don't make it the WORST game in the series.
Had they just stuck to the RPG aspect, they would not have to had wasted time on how to figure out how the other modes would play out. They picked the wrong time to try and implement different modes and MP. This is our problem, this game should have been so much more, it could have been the best thing we've laid our hands on (besides ridges) had they stuck to the formula that made Mass Effect so loved. We expected a game like the other two, we expected a few tweaks here and there to combat, a few character redesigns..what we did not expect is that they would manage to destroy this series in the magnitude that they did.

But I agree - this was not the time to "change" the formula. They could have done the MP as a full DLC and had all kinds of people buy it! It could have been stand alone as well so you didn't need the game to get it. That actually might have made more sense. For those that love MPs, they could have purhcased just that, and skipped the game should they not be interested.
ME1 was ok for me - the story was excellent but the gameplay was clunky. By ME2 they had fixed that and the story was continuing right along! Then comes ME3...we know what happened.

So err..quickly dropping in for some creative input regarding a little project I'm currently working on,
Basically the piece will figure Thane & another squadmate aiming their weapons at a target situated about 4 meters away. The other squadmate will be wielding a Heavy Pistol.
Now my question is should Thane be using an SMG or a sniper-rifle?
Tactically an SMG is more suitable, but at the same time the idea of Thane with a Widow is almost too tempting to pass up...
Oh, and the arsenal to choose a weapon from is Mass Effect 3's.
So which one should I use? Gah, decisions..decisions....
Anyway....I've got something in store that will probably cheer people up a bit, but it will take a while to get done though...
Teaser: "Vengeance is a dish best served cold. And they have a target in mind...."
So what was I teasing?
This:

Wow, this is impressive! I love it. Miranda and Thane were the cover squaddies in ME2 so it even makes me feel kind of nostalgic for that game. You did an amazing job and I like how you used the textures of their outfits on the corner.
I would love to see the comic with the 3D models if you do decide to do it! And the unposterized version!
Emerald, have I mentioned you are AMAZING?<3

New Zealand and still overcharged after the conversion. Game stores rape us over here. That's why I much prefer digital copies, but well...I expected that, as the last game in a trilogy, it would actually be worth getting a physical copy. *sigh* They trolled me good...
