See, this is where some may have a problem with one of my Shepards, or me, whichever one (Mordin style). I had no problem sabotaging the Genophage with Wreav in charge. I figured I saved Mordin and he was more of a war asset and I got Salarian support too. But that was not the only reason, I saw the difference between Wrex and Wreav. Wreav is an overhyped, too ready to make someone pay for the genophage and my Shepard believed that with one war over, Wreav would start another one the moment he realized females were not getting pregnant as they should or just right after when the galaxy was still weak. Especially with Eve dead, he would not be able to see reason.
With Wrex alive and his feelings about wanting to unite and move forward, not backward she knew that curing the Genophage would not have any immediate threats. At least for as long as Wrex lived and hoped that the people who took over after Wrex would be inspired and lead by the example he showed. It also helped that Eve was still alive. I know her real name is not Eve but it's just easier for me to remember...meh, honestly it's easier for me to spell. I obviously lost Mordin in that scenario and it sucked and no, I did not shoot Mordin. I let him do what he wanted to do.
