Imagine my horror when this popped up in one of my DeviantArt galleries I got a watch on. I was like ARHHHA, why, BW WHY? Wait No I don't want to know why.
It was bad enough with EDI's ******, but this this is just, how can someone even design this? I mean really did they have some weird necrophiliac on the character design team?
Garaah the horror, wait until Utaker, Mnomaha, see this, especially Utaker, I know she's gonna have something colorful to say about this.

The organ itself doesn't bother me. I actually appreciated the fact Reapers forces had discernible sexual characteristics because it makes them more realistic. You could tell these were real, breathing people before the Reapers transformed them.
What does bother me is how that is in a position where, unless you "cheat", you are never going to see it and they included it. But they couldn't be bothered to invent new designs for the ME2 squadmates some which are wearing blood stained clothes on an hospital bed and Cerberus uniforms while trying to go underground.

That Banshee pic...just lovely, now why is it that BW is more than willing to show us something we don't want to see rather than what we want to see. So we get that and we can't even get Thane with his shirt off. I am feeling the female gamer love now. They have no problems showing female parts but male parts. Not that I want to see it but if they are going to make that naked, they why is Marauder Shields clothed? Husks, ok, they are naked but they show nothing of being either male or female in origin.

I had this vision of BW on that ship, as the ones in control of who gets into the boats. "We need the men first! We can't let our favored fan base die! Oh we might want to throw in a few, just a few, women in case we end up floating to some deserted island and we have to repopulate."

Regarding the banshee: Honestly? That makes more sense to me than EDI's cameltoe. *shrugs*
I um, always go to Purgatory after the death scene and drink until they won't sell to me anymore. Shep doesn't look so well when she wakes up on Aria's couch, or, later, on the elevator. It's pretty much the only thing I can do in-game to express my grief. Always followed by moping in Life Support when I get back to the ship.
There's a hundred and one things they could have done to make it better. In ME2, after Shep's fight with Kaidan on Horizon, Kelly, TIM, and Joker all ask Shep about him. And I really needed that (also? Having Garrus say "I'll be here if you need me" was so bittersweet, I can't stand his "not right now" and "later"s).
At the risk of repeating myself, if they couldn't have given a romanced Thane a stronger "will to live", then hearing anything from anyone would have been nice (it irks me so much that the only person who even mentions it, ever, is Lt. Bastard Kai Leng). I want a photo for Shep's cabin. And some kind of contact from Kolyat later on, just to let me know he's okay. And I want to see him in the montage at the game's end. I'm tired of seeing Joker, Anderson, and then Liara.
And while I was happy and weepy at the same time when Thane's "I will await you across the sea" letter hit my private terminal, it isn't anything that we haven't seen before.
It sucks so much that they decided we couldn't stop Thane from dying. But it's unforgivable how little thought was put into how it would impact Shepard.

You can't kill my LI with no recourse, and you can't compare his death to any other character. All other LI deaths have always been preventable. Always.

Well, I suppose it depends on who it is hanging from. You know what, nevermind, I'll look. Then I'll decide to whether point and laugh or use it in a dirty story. Now I will go back to positioning Thane in naughty poses in 3d Max. Yes, I snickered at the God Bone. Bah ha ha!
As if anyone would really think I would use 3d Max for good. My husband walked by and noticed what I was doing and all he said is, "I didn't realize his legs could bend that way." Oh yes they can. I told him to go away, I'm trying to learn how to use the darn thing. I don't think spreading Thane's legs like I was constitutes learning but I am happy, I have a new toy.

True that. I've seen some of the mods for DA:O for the ogres and things. Really not something I wanted to see. I'd probably run instead of fight.

Oh my....
I came in here and that Banshee picture is scaring me away. Really BioWare? They have the time and resources to put that on a Banshee that no one wants to look at but they don't have it to improve on characters like THANE or the ending or anything else really.

Oh and any blue blow up dolls that have the name Liara too. Must not forget them."

Well, Gears that is about what I meant, I just tried to generalize it.
My poor Shep spent her last night alone, woke up in her undies. Don't feel bad for her, after she heard Thane's voice in her dreams, she woke up, read that recycled letter he sent her, snatched that generic drell pic off Allers wall and solo'd it. She was faithful to Thane right up until the end.
I hope the pic is still in Shep's cabin. I hope it's Javik that finds it and I hope his special touch abilities cause him to freak out. I also hope Thane and Hope are watching them from wherever they are and are laughing at the look of complete horror and disgust on Javik's face.
