@utaker -- I made your exact suggestion, about the download size.  When you are already trying to rectify something, why constrain yourself by download size?  Just make it 2 or 3 or 4 downloads >.>

I'm not sure but I'd guess whomever it is, is human. There was a thread over in Story/Campaign about this and people are pretty much under the impression that Javik is not in that image. The speculations are James/Joker. Most are going with Joker as it looks like it's wearing a hat.

Can be James... His muscled chest / back could be the making that arched back silhouette i thought was salarian. The slightly bent knee is still puzzling though.

Oh, what am I saying. I would forgive scales on my sheets if it was Thane who left them.

Anyway, that EC has me worried. We all know it's going to fail. Plain and simple: it will NOT succeed. There will be a ****storm on the forums for a few weeks, then everyone will leave. And no one else will get content.

So what worries me is: will all this have been for naught? Will all the work Dani and Moira and Emerald and I have put into the fanbook, and all the work squee, and annie, and beaniebat and bronaugh put into their projects been a waste of time? Because there is no way that any of us are going to get our stuff done before EC is released. (I can't write the next 15 pages in a couple of days. It's not possible).

I don't know. i'm feeling really dejected and hopeless right now. 'Course, that could just be this bloody coldy headache I've got, but I don't think it is.

Anyone else noticed that Priestly is going on holiday next week? Coincidence? I think not. He knows what's going to happen, and he's determined to get as far away as possible. I tweeted him to enjoy it while he could, cause we all know the ****storm that will occur...

I'm ignoring the new rules, to an extent. This is the THANE thread, of course, we can discuss Thane if we want, and anything that relates to Thane. And that INCLUDES the EC and his content/lack of that may or may not occur.

And if they ban me, well, most of you are on my fb friend's list (Squee! I just found you and tried to send you a message but I couldn't.  ) so i'll get you to post everything for me.

EDIT: Because I can't believe this hasn't been posted yet. Since I requested it, I'll do it.

I'm not worried about the EC. I think we all knew deep down that this wouldn't even remotely include Thane. Probably not even in the ending cutscene. They just don't care enough.

And I'm with you Mythi. Most of you are on my fb and twitter, so I'm not too worried. But you're right. This *is* the Thane thread. Why should we not talk about Thane? Especially since we would also get modded (Ha!) if we went too far OT. *shakes head* makes no sense, but it hasn't in a lonnnnng time.

I am torn between excitement and worry over the EC,lol; and I will probably be among the last people to see it, too, since I have to work that day, so will play it hours after some of you. Hoping they have managed a decent job of those horrid endings-the file size seems promising and keeping away from spoilers at the moment!O.o

And those forum rules are silly, I just went back and read them-ignored them when they popped up on my screen as I logged in!*shakes head* I also have most of you on Twitter and DA, as well, so not really worried for anything, hehe!!

But this forum has not made sense to me in some time,lol, admittedly; the custom avatar thing, for instance: why not just upload an image from your pc like every other forum out there allows? I understand there's a massive procedure to getting a unique, customised avatar in here; hardly seems worth the hassle!

Has this forum ever made sense? I don't remember it ever doing so, and I've been here since page 150. Ish.

As to the custom avatar thing: I don't even know how to do it, I just know it involves DA:O, which I only just recently put up on this computer. I don't even have my nekkid Zevran mods on here! (THE HORROR! FOR SHAME SHARLENE!)

Imagine the horror the moderators would feel if I uploaded a screenie of a nekkid Zevran as my avatar pic? Hehe, what fun would be had imagining their reactions!

@Hisilome - I have never understood the convoluted methods to having a custom avatar, on this site. Yes, I realize I can have my Warden or Hawke from updating my server connection while playing those related games......but still. A simple proceedure would be nice.....plus; I'm lazy.

Well, I would cheer your avatar and then boo when someone finally looked in the Thane thread and decided that merited a ban. But don't feel sad, you'd be placed in BSN Jail...where I think the super talented Joe Black has you covered....

It's not so different from uploading your warden. I use the character creator for mine. It's really just resizing the pic you want, re-naming it and uploading your character. This is the blog I learned from. social.bioware.com/902113/blog/4817/

She informs fans on everything going on me and dragon age... i've told her about the Poster Project of Squeege and she was asking me to collect further infos so give her an update on all projects done and working.

Am I the only one who is terrified that the ME2 romances will get extra stuff in the EC. Beeecause... everyone but one is usually alive at the end of the game.

I'd just see that as a royal "Sorry you romanced the wrong char" poke from Bioware. >.> More than it already is that is.

I'm just not interested in anything ME3 related anymore. The Extended cut is going to try (among other things) to "clarify" how great Thane's role in ME3 was, how "heroic" his death was and throw a bone to Thane fans by having Shep finally remember him or something but it's way, way WAY too late for that.

Cure option or I don't care.
