I knew what was going to occur the moment that one blasted in and started with the immediate Thane character bashing. Here's the thing, it is probably sitting at home in Mummy's basement laughing at how someone took it's bait.

I know this because a long time ago, I use to be that person. Well, I wasn't in Mummy's basement but I would do it. I use to troll. It's not something I'm particularly proud of but I wasn't exactly a happy person during that time period.

i don't know it, why are people doing it? i always try to come along with everyone as good as possible and i expect that from other members too

Well, to be honest and this hurts but I did it because I got a good laugh out of watching people get emotionally charged. I was already miserable so watching others get upset brought them to my level. Sometimes, I would troll and then leave. I knew what kind of destruction I just left behind. It is not a very nice thing to do. I admit I was an @sshole.

What ended it....finding out I was pregnant, stopped drinking, and getting a divorce. Becoming a mother, getting sober, and leaving behind that douche ex husband allowed me to grow up, become empathetic, learn some compassion, and stop being so immature and selfish.

Unfortunately the world is not filled with good people, the best you can do is not allow yourself to ever become hateful and remain true to yourself.

I would also mention that Jack/Miranda have death scenes, and Miranda's is not only more heartbreaking for a Shepard that romanced her, but it was also OPTIONAL. Shep just shrugs and moves on when Jack and Thane die.

And it would seem alot has transpired while I was gone in internetless land...with the EC and new Thane threads popping up. I will drop my 2 c's on the new threads soonish, that is when my brain is capable of more coherent and well worded thinking worthy of posting.

Is it too late to send you a facecode of my Ivy Shepard? If not I'll PM it to you  

I could also supply you with a PC savefile (ME2 or ME3) since technically Ivy's face has been edited in gibbed and providing only the face code would have her look slightly...off but whichever works best for you is ok for me

Well, this is annoying. I downloaded the Clean Movies Mod for ME2 and I can't figure out how to get flycam to work. Especially annoying cause I wanted it to get those screenies for BeanieBat's project.

Hmm "Clean Movies"...what is that mod supposed to do?

If it's just hiding the "dialogue wheel" then I have an edited Coalesced.ini that I modded to do that, once I press NumPad 9. If you want my Coalesced.ini or instructions on how to mod the Coalesced.ini, just PM me, and I'll figure something out.
Oh wait..oops..I think I might have misread your post...if it's fly-cam that's not working, then the abovementioned Coalesced.ini would also work since i managed to successfully mod mine to work. Again if you need it just PM me

I had a suggestion in the new Romance DLC thread about putting up 2 additional questions: 1--Which ME3 romance was treated the worst, and 2-- Which non-LI character would you like to see as a LI?

What do you guys think? Should I post these? Relevant?

Yeah, the new thread I started is about improvement to all romances, not just Thane.

You guys may already know this, but I just noticed something. I was watching the Jack ME3 romance videos, and the animation for the paragon interrupt kiss.... is EXACTLY the same as the second Thane Huerta kiss. Explains why it looked so out of place, so I'm pretty sure it was directly lifted from Jack and not the other way around.
They even had to rehash that. Ugh. Shows how much time and effort they put into Thane in ME3.
