Hi Thanemancers!

I've been a lurker for awhile now ( I didn't have ME 3 until this morning) and I've come to join all of you to fight for Thane,he so deserves better than what he got and he deserves a cure or option to be saved!

Yeah I think femshep and female players got screwed over in this game which I think is a bit sexist!
Can I say that word here? If not warn me and I will delete it!

A few months back I wasn't even playing ME, I've heard about it but never played it...than I decided okay I want to know what the fuss is all about with this  game so I watched a playthrough on YT and was in awe of this game I never felt that way about a game before and I'm a bit of a gamer,so I couldn't stop watching it...then when it came to the end................................let's just say I couldn't eat,sleep think properly for 4 days it depressed the hell out of me and pissed me off so I told myself I ain't buying that game but I would like to try the 1st and 2nd game...that's where I met Thane!

Yeah I like all the characters in the series but Thane is the one! My femshep was like "My body is ready" !
You read my mind femshep!

Anyways so I bought this lousy game for 30 bucks but Thane is so worth fighting for....believe me I have never done anything like this before....like miranda says in ME 2 "This isn't a popularity contest" it's a game Bioware you treat your customers equally and obviously you didn't...Thane is a Great character and has plenty of fans and you took a big dump on him/us as you did with Jacob/jacobmancers...that's not right!
And please don't try to sprinkle any potpouri on it and think we're gonna be satisfied!
Make it right by cleaning up the mess and giving us an option to save him and fix the romances for crying out loud!

Sorry had to get that off my chest!

Well I just finished a dark chocoate twix...so two for me?

Speaking of chocolate, can drell even eat that without dying like a pet dog? Or would they get some weird reaction off it? I can't imagine an alien world without dark or nautral chocolate.

Ok the changing of Sheppards pillow and bedsheets is not hard but requires you to follow my tutorial precisely or you can mess up the "table of contents" of your game folder and then your game will freeze.

The first instruction is obviously how to backup the "table of contents" so if you do mess it up is easy to restore

I'll put it up today or tomorrow ^^

Changing the bedsheets is very easy and works well, since there is only one place where the bedsheet textures are saved. My next project is to insert a 3D statue of our beloved drell, on Sheppards cabin. 3D statue because he wont move or talk but you can always headcannon he is there . Might be as much work as inserting a moving talking Thane so dunno, might be able to do better than "statue". But it will take a while.

Yes, ignoring the trolls is a very good idea.

Ok, well, that's probably as good as you can do. It's doesn't do anyone any good when a troll comes into and tries to hijack a tread, but I'd ignore him as much as you can. Reply to the other posts that are more civil, constructive, friendly, etc.

Welcome to the thread, Roxy! Glad to have you with us. I agree with your post 100%. I think BioWare have shown they don't care as much for their female fans and those who play FemShep. They have shown that they think we are expendable. It's telling to me that only Femshep lost out on two LIs exclusive to her while ManShep got to keep all of his options.

@ Moira I made the mistake of trying to have a discussion with blacquot but he'd rather insult and condescend to people rather than have a real discussion. I'm done and will be ignoring him from now on.

Think we are wearing him down though.. He seems a bit nicer and accepting that romanced Thane character in ME3 sucks

@ coldwetn0se & Julia  Thanks! yeah I am a part of a couple of thane groups I haven't commented much there cause my computer has a mind of it's own sometimes and I can't keep myself logged in!

As far as trolls go, it looks like you can block people as well, though it's not clear to me from the FAQ if that also blocks them from threads you start, or seeing your commens in threads you might post in.

I have been ignoring blaquout. Also ignored the fool that said Thane was dying and we shouldn't have romanced him. All I could think of was my old man telling me I could bail after we found out about his liver, I could go find a life with someone who wasn't going to just die. Sometimes love chooses you, you don't choose it. Sorry we are dealing with emotions, not socks.
