Well I replied on twitter:

Don't worry, I'm keeping my hope on Thane DLC very much alive


And Tully linked the latest Maradeur Shields comic via twitter, and well, the sentiment is nice, but I'll be honest; I'd rather have Thane alive than dead. But like I said the sentiment was nice though.

Hopefully they aren't just yanking our leash, and they'll have more to say when they actually see the stuff. Fingers crossed!

I wonder if they (bw) is confused over some of the things sent in. Perhaps some of it had things regarding what we hoped would be added to the EC, since much of it was written before the EC was announced. Hmmm, ponder. Maybe a reminder to them that some material may be "dated". I know that the Thane Fixes I posted to Squee's Group did suggest that they could be implemented via the EC. Anyway, throwing that out there. Great job @Squee and all other tweeters!

While I may be only on my first cup of coffee, I found that incredibly rude and uncalled for. I don't know him at all beyond the few tweets we had but...yeah, irritated the hell out of me.  If it wasn't meant to be rude, he should have left off the hash.

I get the feeling that they think we are just some random group of "fangirls" to be trifled with - little do they know...and I think it was more to get a rise out of us- which so far it might be working. 
And to be fair, this is not a group of "fangirls" - there are non-romancers on here too - why can't they understand that people LOVED Thane?  And were disappointed with his amount of screen time?

i had quite a few tweets with him and stil don't know what to thik about him, but this was really harsh...he sounded pissed of by our campaigns

Is he trying to be funny, because if he is he failed. It really just comes of as annoying and a bit patronizing.
I guess this is some kind of joke to him.

Ultimately he gathers info on what the fans want - unfortunately I think for us is there is a small percentage of us that are very active and "in front" of them. We have lots of support, but I'm sure they see the same names popping up and just roll their eyes - "here they are again" type thing. I have no idea how they collect their data from the BSN or HTL, or internet for that matter, but hopefully they realize that there are more Thane fans than just us few here on the BSN!

Most of the character threads have the same small group of people that are always active.
They know there are more Thane fans out there. For some stupid reason they want to ignore it and focus on those few who think Thane should stay dead because it easier then admitting they messed up.

Been gone for a long time but now that I fnished the EC... well suffice to say, I am severly disappointed with their (Bioware) lack of understanding. It is sad to see that while we tend life to their characters, characters we come to like, hate or love, they are destroying them completeley.


Though I couldn't participate in some of the projects you guys did, I must say even if I don't know any of you personally you truly are an inspiration. You are fighting for this characters life even if Bioware decided to end it in the game. Thanks for voicing your opinions even for some of us who couldn't be here on BSN each day.
