If you could promote the Survey one last time for us, that would be great.  It closes tomorrow so today is that last big push to try to reach 10,000 surveys.  All the sites if possible.   Twitter, FB, tumblr, dA, etc.

Also, promote the new poll over on HTL as much as you can on all the different sites.  This one is important as it explicitly asks for a cure.  It was probably a bit risky putting it up, as we might get alot of people popping in to vote "no".  You never know.

Make sure when you cite the BSN poll you focus on the percentages and what Thane won by, as it is a bit mroe explanatory.  244 votes alone doesn't sound like an incredible amount.  But, if you put it in the context of the following, it explains the results much more thoroughly:

--the poll had almost 900 votes
--votes were split among all ME2 LIs
--Thane was the clear favorite with 28% of the vote
--Thane won by 12 percentage points (Miranda and Jack were tied at 16%  for 2nd and 3rd place)

Don't worry Roxy, I wouldn't do something that would embarrass this fanbase. But if the NYCC is correct information... then I will be there. They wouldn't just be talking to a fan, but to a fan who's running a protest in against of. I may not be great with words when it comes to writing, but talking to me face to face will be a different situation. CP might have gone "haha" at me over the net, I like to see him pull the same thing in real life. Pehaps he should have taken me and this fanbase seriously to start off with.

I just watched the video of the scene where Shep talks to Kaidan in the hospital and Kaidans mentions that he heard rumors about Shep and 'some assassin'. Who could've tell him about this? Maybe Udina who got the information about Shep and Thane by TIM (who was informed by EDI)? Who else could know about Shep and Thane?

Did Kaidan know that Thane was this assassin (they spoke with each other in the hospital)?

Yes, Tali was busy at that time ... and even if not I don't think she would go to Kaidan straight away like a gossip.

Hm, nice idea - a rendezvous in ME 2 we did not see (why not:(?).

This annoying reporter would be also a 'nice' idea. But does she know about Kaidan and Shep and that it would hurt Kaidan and let him doubt about her loyalty?

I think someone spread the rumor about Shep and the assassin so Kaidan would be in doubt about Sheps loyalty an faithfullness. So maybe Udina would be a good candidate for this part. He wants to pull Kaidan on his side and hates Shep.

Do you think Kaidan knows who this assassin is?
It would have been nice to see a confrontation of Thane and Kaidan in the game.

My bet is dr. Chakwas actually. She is at Huerta after all, and she knows both Kaidan and Thane. As for why she'd tell Kaidan, I have no idea o.O

Well....depends on how you want to analyze it. I'm a big supporter of Shepard has selfish friends and the Normandy is nothing more than the gossip boat. They really have nothing else better to do other than yap at the lips. Not like they ever had Sovereign, the Collectors, or the Reapers to deal with. All kidding aside, Kaidan tells Shepard at Huerta that "everyone knows" when you try to lie about it. I'm apt to believe Kaidan on that statement.

Let's just try to find the original culprit. EDI is installed everywhere on that ship. I wouldn't doubt that Joker got a good listen in during the Omega-4. Not saying he did but you know, he seems the type that if he can hear it, he'll listen to it.

Mordin knew, he gave the advice and other stuff. So either someone told him or either sound carries quite well from life support to his lab. Heck, Joker climbs down that ladder into life support during the collector attack.

Kasumi knew. Could be she pressed her ear to the wall and got a good earful or could be the way Thane's eyes go all aflutter when he talks about Shep. Or both. She also makes reference to knowing about Thane and Shep after the collector base is destroyed. Maybe she's a creep who followed Thane into the elevator while cloaked. Maybe not.

Liara's not part of the squad but she just knows. I would say she read the LotSB letter but she makes that catty comment to Shep after Vasir is offed. So she knows before she even steps foot on the Normandy for that tour. Don't know how she knows but she does. Stalker much.

Let's say you kill your entire crew and squad during the SM except Thane and Legion (or anyone). Who tells Kaidan that everyone knows? Who are the people who know and definitely can't be killed in ME2? Liara, Joker, and EDI. Now who has access to Kaidan before he makes that comment? Or who would have that info to pass to Udina if you want to believe he told Kaidan?

If you go the Udina route, I honestly do not see Joker or EDI talking to a councilor. Why would either of them? Why would Udina be talking to an AI or a pilot? Not really important enough people for him to converse with. That leaves Liara in that scenario. But I don't see Liara walking up to Udina and saying, "Hey Shepard was banging that drell." I find her annoying on all levels but I really do not believe she would ever blab about Shepard's personal life to someone like Udina. So, I'm stuck at who would actually tell him, he isn't exactly the most liked person. Cerberus? Which brings it around to Kelly. She was spying on Shep for TIM. I could see Cerberus passing on info like that. She could have told TIM that there was something going on before she got gobbled up by the collectors (again, assuming they all died).

If not Udina then it goes back to the loose lips on the Normandy. This is where I don't think it would be Liara or EDI but Joker who blabbed. Kaidan and Joker were on the Normandy together before picking up Shep. Might not have been a lot of time but enough for Shep to be brought up. Or they could have seen each other during those 6 months that Joker and Shep were being held by the Alliance.

Yeah, I'm going to go with Joker by accident to Kaidan and Kelly on purpose to TIM, then to Udina, and then on to Kaidan.

Again, this is all based on the assumption that almost everyone died during the SM. I was trying to find the way without bringing in people that could be dead due to it. Yes, Dr. Chakwas can die in that collector base. I killed her once.

he also aksed my shepard about kaidan then and my shep could tell thane, that there was nothing anymore

Omg this.  Something like this would have been fantastic.  I might need to add this to the Romance DLC thread.

A huge c*ck fight between the two of them for FemShep.  I don't think either one would necessarily pick a fight with the other, but I think Kaidan especially might get a bit out of hand if he spent any time with all 3 of them together.  I think Thane might try to ignore him first, but would certainly go all assassin on his **** if Kaidan kept pushing him.  Both with biotics, it would be a fun figh tto watch.  Maybe Shep steps in after a little while and breaks them up.  Shep and Garrus, maybe.

This whole SDCC is winding me up, Thane's 'writer' Chris Hepler?? is there and I'm just so apprehensive that he's going to speak out about 'artistic integrity' and 'trivializing of character' in a safe biozealous environment. The treatment of Thane Krios in ME3 was complete and utter S H I ** and it's making me antsy that they might seek some kind of public approval to demean our efforts based on the 'awesome' prayer, going out like a boss, he was dying etc etc whilst completely ignoring the very valid complaints about the lack of choice and discrimination against those who chose Thane as their Sheps LI. I am so sick of BW trying to belittle our opinions, it is very cheap, as we all know that they know that they shafted us.

I doubt it. They are face to face with fans, they would not seek confrontation. Besides he is the writer for Thane and EDI in ME3 and you can't deny the difference in writing for each. Making EDI have a body and a romance arch was totally unnecessary, you can clearly see he picked a writer's pet and barely spent time on Thane.

This guy has been here over a year.  Chat conversation
Him:  I have a 3.1 site that it appears that on the first the most if not all the autopays ran, they are just noticing now where custoemrs with autopay are calling in wondering why they are getting late notices

So, deciphering, you would think he's saying that AP's ran but they're still getting late notices, yes?

Him: the ones i have checked their ptds have been 6/30/12
(ptd means Paid Thru Date, the day they're due for next payment)
Me:  Then that's why they're getting late letters?  Because they're late?

Then we continue the conversation aloud, something like...
Him:  No, they're on autopay they shouldn't be late
Me:  But you said their AP didn't run....

Then back to chat:
Him:  Ok I dont see how you didnt get what i was saying its pretty clear

I then went wtf.  READ WHAT YOU JUST TOLD ME (out loud to the room)

He somehow meant that to say that Not All Of them ran

Him:  I looked at a couple of other units with the same problem where they didnt run. They all have a negative balance/credit in the autopay section

(I don't think he had one because he changed the subject and asked the rest out loud.  And...this is the older version, which over and over that it should be ground into their brains, does not acceptnon-alphanumeric characters.)

  So 1.  That's not a valid billing address in any way shape or form
  and 2.  I'm pretty sure a % is neither a letter nor a number.

When I think of cheapened character EDI is right up there, she was awesome in ME2, to turn her into a sex object with a pathetically cliched 'finding oneself' love story was totally barf worthy.  I think I can confidently state that I don't rate Chris Hepler's writing at all, however I may be doing him a disservice as he may have had some suit dictating the story points to him ... thane must die, EDI must be a sexualized spacebot etc...

Edit: That's some rant RShara,  I'm totally lost ... and also quite drunk (i'm a walking talking scottish cliche).

So basically, he first said that "Most if not all" Credit Cards ran, when he meant most did NOT run, missed the obvious problem of having %John in a Credit Card address line, then went on about a negative balance on a PAST DUE account....then gave me an account that didn't have credit card information at all, then finally gave me a valid account to look at.
