It's like hopping on a Merry-Go-Round from hell, it never comes to an end.
Kinda think of me as one of those "The more you know" ads we see here in America.
A few years ago I worked for a dying company and here are a few things I learned:
1. They will never admit that they were wrong in any decisions that they made.
2. In a desperate attempt, they will appeal to the majority. However, this attempt will be a quick patch up job.
3. Simply because the minority seems mad, doesn't mean they will care. The majority will always rule out the rest. The profit that could be made on the minority weighs less than the majority.
4. Deny everything. There were times we had to even lie to our consumers.
5. Misdirect any questions on any failures of the company.
6. Sell all current promotions, products, programs.
7. Remain positive.
Who do I sound like? Yeah...
