I LOVED that one.  In fact, I turned down one sidequest because completing it would result in him being sad when he addressed you from that point on.

Also, who can forget the gramatically incorrect (and infinitely annoying) "Enemy is everywhere!"

For the record, Donnel Udina is a goldmine for hilarious lines.
