I don't like him, but I agree that there should always be someone like him, eg. a normal person.

Jacob Taylor for ME3... HELL YEAH! He's the pepper to my salt, the Danny Glover to my Mel Gibson. Hell, I changed my armor color to black and gold so we could having matching uniforms for god's sake. But nooooooo... just because he's not as "interesting" as everyone else, people don't give his character a chance!

Now ontopic, it really sucks that JT won't be a full time squadmate but seeing as popularity here seems to decide your role in ME3 I kinda saw it coming. Now all we can hope is that Jacob will get a really badass role in ME3 and not just a stupid cameo.

I found Jacob to be trustworthy since the beginning in ME2.

So yep I support Jacob's return in ME3.

I support Jacob.  People may have said he wasn't interesting, or whatever, because they played Femshep, but he was my bro, the only normal person on the whole damn ship.  It was also refreshing that he wasn't a gaint walking caricature like the Cole Train, and we need more minority characters that are just normal people.

Just. . .don't make him a bloody Vanguard without charge again. You had a novel that gave him backstory and then proceeded to crap all over it.

And if not, add his details to character creation for christ's sake.  I would literally kill for his hairstyle for my shepard.

to Me Jacob is the BEST LI, he's not my favorite *reserved for a few select ladies from the allaince and formerly with cerberus* but when he said "I love you" to my femshep, I was completely sold on him.

I'd really like to see him back, I kind of liked having a normal person in the middle of the circus acts.

However if he is just going to be a cameo I demand he be part of a prologue mini game, involving Jacob & Shepard mopping the Citadel floor whilst suffering a bad hangover.

Jacob may not be my most favorite squad mate but I really like that he salutes Shepard. I look forward to whatever role he takes in ME3.
