I'm still curious as to what Jacob and Miranda's involvement will be in ME3. The Cerberus angle of ME3 is obviously important and they both worked for Cerberus. So we should get something of substance with Jacob.... I hope.

If Jacob isn't a squadmate in ME3 it will be the end of all of us!

NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

With that out of my system, the most likely way that Jacob is implemented in ME3 is him, Shepard, and Miranda teaming up to kill/dispose/decapitate TIM at his secret base in some far off planet and then decide how to best use his resources to fight the Reapers. Hopefully, though, Shepard can choose between disbanding Cerberus after the Reaper war, or appoint Miranda as TIW, replacing TIM, and continuing Cerberus' work behind the scenes, that way Pro-Cerberus people will be happy.

Replacing TIM with Miranda? Why? She's wasn't against TIM's past projects and only leaves to side with Shepard against the Reapers. She basically has the same moral compass as TIM. It'd be better just to dismantle Cerberus altogether.

"It's you. It's all you" *sigh* =) jupp. Love how his voice changes when you get a bit into the romance-part. Hope they will give him another line for "have nothing new to say right now. Come back later" in ME2. He has a wonderful romance-voice... let's hear more of it.

I'm hoping they don't just forget about Jacob and focus primarily on Miranda. Heck, if they want to they can just focus on his Alliance connections that were mentioned in Mass Effect 2.

That's the point. Miranda is a little less extreme as TIM, but for the most part agrees with him. People who are Pro-Cerberus would want it to continue it's work.

Without Jacob as a full-time Squaddie, I will really be disappointed! Jacob is my Favorite ME character! Heck I only use JT and Mordin once I have them in my squad! Come on Bioware, Drop this vega dude and give us JACOB!!!

I'm guessing with Vega and possibly Kaidan both being on the squad, it's probably in Jacob's best interest if he isn't a full time Squaddie. As much as I like him, when you think about it, the truly memorable characters (Biotic God, Conrad Verner, Shiala, Gianna Parasini etc.) tend to be the side characters. So my one request is give Jacob his own "Lair of the Shadow Broker" caliber mission to show how badass he can be.

Hmmm.... I would really like to see him storm in to talk with Miranda as to why Shep reacted this way. " Just which upgrades did you give her? ".

Wonder if they bring it up on the Normandy when they're back after mission. "Ehm... do these kinds happen often?". Good thing she was there with levelheaded Jacob. I don't see him panicking about it.
