I think it would be cool if EDI could get a body like from the terminator movies and be a romance option. The best part about a terminator body would be that fact that she could morph into anyone. I don't know if I'm the only one who thinks this but, EDI's voice was pretty hot.

And that my friend, would be the romance struggle. A comparsion would be Tali getting worried getting a cold when she takes off her suit.

I think it would be nice to have EDI have a body like the a.i. girl from Halo. I cannot remember her name (not much of a Halo fan,) but I think it would be nice to have something like that instead of just a circle.

EDI's got a thing for Thane. She keeps piping romantic music into his room when femshep is talking to him. So it would be a Joker-EDI-Thane love triangle.

Considering she says the Normandy is her body, and the Alliance refits and modifies it, her own appearance might very well change. Maybe a hologram appearance like Avina if not a physical boy, though it might be the same thing since your holographic omni-tool can now stab people.

Lets make predictions - that the defeat of reapers is made possible by Edi, Legion and Tali bang their head together and make good use of some reaper salvage tech from Nazara. Delete this post without eny regret if it goes toooo close to the story, But yes, I like EDI. She could appear sometimes in Ymir hevy mech body:)

EDI could be inserted into a body similar to the way it was done on Andromeda, but I doubt that BioWare would go for it. It's been done on a fictional starship before and I would think that the writers would want the Mass Effect franchise to break new ground rather than to re-hash story concepts that have already been done.

I kind of want EDI to stay the little glowing blue orb. I liken EDI to the turian concept of places/groups having a 'spirit'; she's the soul of the Normandy, and giving her a defined humanoid shape would ruin that.

It would be cool if she could be a portable VI. The romance option by means of a morphing terminator I find a wee bit disturbing. But an accessible VI that could hack through anything while giving witty banter is exceptional.

The romance thing was kind of a joke, though if it was option I would do it for ****s and giggles. I think it would be pretty cool to give her a terminator like body and make her a squad member. As for looks, Bioware usually makes there characters look their voice actors, and I wouldn't mind looking at EDI's for the whole game.

I've seen the trailer for Moon before, it looks pretty good. I still won't settle for anything less then a Robot body that makes EDI look like a human however.
