Sorry but it doesn't fit the character at all. Aria is interested in itself and by power.

She has no interest in saving the galaxy, and join shepard to risk her life. She would fight the reapers if she has no choice, he wouln't going to throw at them happily.

Do not get me wrong. I love Aria, however.

I'm hoping that Aria will play a larger role in ME 3, but I don't really see her as a "team player". She might just help Shepard fight the Reapers by sending some mercs or she could just feed him intel like in ME 2.

I had read an article about one of the novels. In it, it was mention that she and TIM had some kind of deal, I wonder if this'll be exxplored in the game. If not, that's fine, but she seemed "too massive" for such a small role in ME2. I do think if Omega's still around, she'll be there in some capacity.

Really, I just wanna find out what happens when you mess with her.

(Who didn't interpret that line differently, btw?)

Alright, jokes aside I think Aria would be an interesting squad member. I don't know how you would get her off Omega but I want her as a squad mate/romance.

Mmm, with this new information I hope that there is a mission in ME3 where shepard goes to Omega to help Aria get Revenge on Cerberus. I think that would be a good reason for her to join your team.

On topic: Aria is the rare example of asari I like, but I don't want to see her in squad. I'd better know there's badass queen with fantastic biotic abilities, combat expertise and tactical mind than see that her biotics are on same level with not so badass rest squadmates (or have very limited use despite being shown in cutscene as extremely destructive. I'm looking at you, Jack), combat survivability is far not so impressive as krogans' and tactical mind still allows her jumping on a crate and shooting from here. Let my ideal stay pure.

i want this too.
id rather have aria than laira, giving up her daughter for her own safety means that aria has a tender side, it would be nice to see this.
  we already know that shes a sucker for the little people me1 wrex says that she wanted to fight where no innocents would get hurt(thats if they are the same person) me2 she was always helping people get in touch with shepard, liaras become to hard and cold for me to like ne more

Mac Walters certainly has a penchant for Asari it seems. Let's hope Samara will feature in the comic series after Aria has her chance to shine. All the attention she gets in the comics and books may point to her being her a major character in ME3...

But not a squadmate.

Remember, that Aria has worked with Cerberus before...
