I like the idea of Reapers being given code names by the Alliance to distinguish them, but I hope we don't do too much polite chatting with them to the extent they are telling us their names. If they go all blah-blah-blah on me I'll channel Wrex. "Whatever. I'm not here to learn their customs."

Well since Harbinger escaped out of the big bad collecter general before the base went bye bye I suppose he'd still be playing Locutus for the Reapers. So no new named one needed really.

Buuuuut if we do have a new named Reaper it has to be called "Evil Betty".

They're giant space octupi (EDI says they may all look different, but they all look the same so far). They're all unique (or the collection of the various programs that each is running comprise a unique entity for each vessel; they're not a network consciousness like the geth), but I doubt they're coming to Earth to chat you up. So you won't know what most of them they may be called.

Also, Sovereign was an assigned name (Legion says its programs referred to itself internally by another name (a dorky one at that) and that Saren just decided to name it Sovereign). Harbinger too was probably just a way to refer to it (because it wouldn't shut up about being the harbinger of this and the harbinger of that), even though it has some actual name. Its friends probably call it Zoz or something.

I expect any additional Reapers that you communicate with will have unique title-based names (and their voices will be shifted down into the lower frequencies, although not as low as Sovereign--he rattled the windows here with that voice), depending on their function in the story.

Seriously, though, if standard-issue Reapers look like squid/cuttlefish, I want to know what that giant mite-looking one and that wierd nautilus-looking one (well, it seemed like a floating crescent moon, maybe aquatic-like, with wings) are called. I mean, obviously, they're different.

I didn't interpret Harbinger as the primary leader, but more of a mad scientist with a lot to say - maybe part of a power triumvirate:

Sovereign - Intercycle Agent and subversion leader (in charge of indoctrinating populations).
Harbinger - Mad Scientist and development leader (in charge of creating new husks and Reapers).
<Insert> - Fleet Leader and military leader (in charge of coordinating attacks).

I wouldn't bet on me being right, however.

This is also how it seemed to me. I hope we get to deal with Harbinger... and I hope we spot him or hear from him in our next batch of ME3 info! After Arrival, he was redeemed if you ask me. Much more threatening glaring down at you as a giant hologram than as a glowing bug-thing that spams biotic fireballs at you.

What really irks me is that the name "Harbinger" was perfect for Sovereign and the name "Sovereign" is perfect for what Harbinger seems to be. My vote for another named Reaper would be either "Primitus","Primoris" or "Exemplar" which are Latin words for first and original.

Ah true. Sovereign called itself Nazara, which sounds like a species name to me.
