That was me, good to get confirmation. I don't know if I'd max Overload though, if her passive still adds shields. Flashbang shares some properties with Overload, and it stumbles. Mines similar....I had heard there was a glitch in her 'passive', that it makes no difference....so tried it out and set her stats with no passive....the poster was correct...Kasumi's passive is glitched, it makes no difference....So mine is now

I like overload because of how fast it strips shields. One overload and you can have your way with the enemies, and you can still flashbang harbinger and punch elites. If you're aggressive enough she doesn't need shields.who would know wrote...
