750!

We only have 250 to go before our first major milestone.

I think I've heard all Kasumi's dialogue by now. Haven't used Kasumi yet on my Aspen Shepard and I've forgotten how hard the game is with no Shadow Strike/Flashbang!

Hopefully, we'll get there before Christmas.

Shadow Strike is useful especially when it comes to dealing with Harbinger.

Pretty much. Rules of thumb when taking on collectors.

Kasumi- Shadow Strike on Harbinger, Flashbangs on husks.

Garrus- Incisors the straggling drones one by one.

Shep- Gun down any possessed drones and finish up the husks and minions.

Sounds similar to mine...though my Shep uses the Widow...thins field quickly and very nicely...:D....As for Garrus, yup, awesome, but on the harder levels...Hardcore/Insanity....I prefer taking Thane then, between his Warp and sniping he eats Collectors for breakfast....:o

Hmm well I went back and watched Everyone Loves Kasumi on youtube becuase I remember a vivid scene of her using shadow strike. 0:37-0:39. Its quick though so don't blink. I'll take a screenie when I get off work becuase it almost looks like she has the gun in hand, rears back to punch, the gun disappears, POW, and then the gun is back.

You also make a good point of the omni tool on her right arm. It just got me thinking about the omni-tools functions and such. On Mordin's loyalty mission, when you find Maelon he is working at a large computer screen with two objects that look like the circular ends of an omni tool that are found on the hand. I cited this as a precursor to the thinking that an omni-tool doesn't have to be left arm specific. Kasumi was supposed to have AI Hacking instead of Shadow Strike according to unused audio. Perhaps their thought was then to have an omni-tool function tech purposes a on the left arm while offensive capibilties were to activate on the right arm. This could be user's choice as well. The new melee attacks from Shep use the right arm (with the Sentinel using both)

Perhaps the change of Kasumi's abilities to involve an offensive omni-tool strike was a way of testing out a more unique melee system and making omni-tools more ambidextrous friendly. Plus wouldn't you want to punch with your dominant hand?

Of course there might not mean anything to it at all and thats how she was and the new Sheps will be animated

That was rather rambly wasn't it?

I'm glad they didn't give her AI hacking instead of Shadow Strike. They actually took tthe time to giver a unique power instead of AI hacking which nowhere near as useful as Shadow Strike. Her Shadow Strike ability is considered both a tech and a combat skill, but while the power does benefit from the tech cooldown upgrade, the tech damage upgrade has no effect on it. Too bad.

My issue w/ her omni-tool is how is it able to switch from her left arm to her right arm?

Oh I agree for sure!

What I was trying to get out was the fact that maybe omni-tools aren't arm specific, rather that they used Kasumi to break the *omni-tools are on left arm trend* and it came out horribly rambly. That's what you get for day dreaming at work about omni-blades

Yeah omni tools aren't specific to a hand. As long as you have the module built in you can use it on either arm. Makes sense. She punches in commands and punches out mercs with her dominant hand =)

I think it depends on the user's laterality.

Not if Jacob has anything to say about that. Although, I think he really doesn't have anything to say about it.

You know what I noticed I really like about Kasumi's face? Or rather, the little we can see of it?

That lipstick. It makes her mouth look so damn sexy, I love it. The color is nice too! I don't know I just noticed it makes her freaking hot. It's a skill for BioWare to make a thief whose face I can see so little of and still find her amazingly freaking attractive.

Crossing fingers.... annnnndddd. LONG BLACK HAIR XD

Seeing Kasumi w/o her hood is probably more likely than seeing Tali's face in ME3.

Lol. In ME2, I get the feeling that Kasumi's hair wasn't that long to begin with. I get the impression that she had shoulder-length hair and it and it was tied back or braided because you can't see any locks of hair w/in her hood.

I agree on that. I suppose shoulder length is long to me. :P

Oh, they're ust telling everyone that because if they told people that their favorite character from ME2 is only getting a crappy two minute cameo after which you'll never see them for the rest of the day, it may negatively impact sales. Or maybe they've just got a hell of a lot of DLCs to work on straight after ME3s release.

Is Kasumi the only tech oriented human in ME so far?

Ashley was a soldier and EVERYONE else was a biotic.

Problem.

We have no flag.

Subtle suggestion.

I'll must say that it's not right to say that Kasumi would be only tech oriented human in ME. Sure, she is only tech oriented one from all of Shep's recruited team members from both games. But definitely not only tech oriented human in ME.

After all we have Ken and Gabby and we had Engineer Adams in ME1. Now they all are engineer, which seems to implicate that there would be great amount of human engineers in all of their space ships and space stations. And of course all the enegineers are tech oriented.

So, surely Kasumi is not the only tech oriented human in whole ME.

But still this is something, which actually makes Kasumi more special and I would like to see BW using this fact in ME3. I want more than just that Kasumi had great unique partially tech based move in ME2.
