I feel like Kasumi should help steal the Normandy back. And all of Shepard's things from ME2.

I wonder how her look will change in ME2 though... will she keep the hood and what kind of armor???

I heard we will have a few alternate clothes to choose from for our squadmates. but I hope they are not just re-coloring, you know I want my Kasumi WITHOUT the hood.

I want her to take her hood off during the romance and once you get that, she has attire where you can set her hood off. I'm putting my Kasumi in white and black! Considering of course she is a perm squaddie Bioware... karma!

I've bought every DLC and more importantly I LOVE YOU. Kasumi now please?

I like how she only wears a one of those geezer breather masks in inhospitable environments and nothing else.

A little background about this - Quite a long time ago, I tried to right a small fan-fic story (didnt work out well), in which Kasumi talked to Jacob about her crush. He politely rejected her, saying that he wanted to get back with Miranda (hence the first section of the Haiku). Kasumi was sulking in the mess hall and Shep comes by and cheers her up. Later he takes her out for the evening. A while afterwards Kasumi realizes that Shep is/will always be there for her, and writes the above Haiku.

It was actually you and the others on the original Kasumi thread that spurred me to join these forums. Although I don't think I ever posted over there once and have just only recently started frequenting this thread.

Well, I've finally gotten and played Kasumi. She's quite cool, just... regrettably underdialogued.

I have a question about Kasumi (sort of) and if anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it: the bar in Kasumi's quarters, what's going on with that?

I mean, with all her knick-knacks the girl doesn't exactly travel light, but a whole bar (and chair entertainment thing), that's just ridiculous. It had to be a fixture on the Normandy before she got there. But that's a little awkward isn't it, moving into the crew's bar/lounge? From both sides really. If I were Kasumi and Shepard told me I'd be set up with some quarters in the middle of the crew lounge I think I'd ask for something less... conspicuous. And, if I were on the Normandy crew, I'd feel kinda weird about going to the bar if said bar were also someone's bedroom.

*Knock Knock* "Hello Kasumi? I hoping watch a movie in the video chair, are you umm… home?"
"I'm trying to sleep! Go away!"

My pet theory? The seams we see on the floor are actually emergency bulkheads that can be raised whenever Kasumi wants some privacy. Thoughts?

I wish every squad member had personal belongings and, like Kasumi, gave the impression that their respective space is actually being lived in. You'd think everybody would have a place to sleep, for starters. Or a chair to sit on.

As far as I know, Miranda and Shepard are the only crew that have beds. Implications... amusing.

Warning! Unrelated to Kasumi! The ME1/2 section is dead, and there is a lack of "general discussion" threads here, so I figure I would ask since this is mah hometown.

I read through it, but I still don't get it. I want to import ME1 saves from that website (so I dont have to play ME1 again, lul) but I can't find the folder specified. I got ME1/2 on Steam, I can't find a folder called "Bioware". Also, do I need to install both the character AND save file?

I see her as an Earthborn for sure.

Good point. Now assuming she came from Japan, she doesn't speak w/ an accent really. I'm aware that pretty much everyone in the galaxy uses trnaslators. FemShep uses one when she talks to Thane because when he calls her siha she becomes confused a mentions if her translator glitched. However, seeing how it's way in the future, English should be lingua franca everywhere and anywhere humans live. Therefore I submit that Kasumi speaks both English and Japanese fluently with minimal accent in each since she would've learned them together.

I hope Kasumi's Flashbang Grenade is back for ME3. One of my favorite powers. If Shep's gonna use it, the animation needs to be shorter, and we should probably be able to throw it from behind cover, Vanquish-style.
