Yeah I can definately see that happening. OMG the end scene will be so epic in ME3. But it would be so much better if Kasumi is a permanent squaddie.

We're fighting machines and I NEEEED my techie thief.

It probably won't happen, Kasumi was a DLC character with a minor role, I doubt she'll get more than a cameo.

I personally am hoping that we get Kasumi back as a Squad member & Love Intrest I adore her and I have a Shep just for her.

All of my Shepards are involved with Human Love Intrests mainly because the alien options don't really intrest me.

Between ME2 and ME3, 6-12 months....Page 2 of this thread debates the grieving.

I've been poking around the Kasumi appreciation thread for months, and now I can add my vote for Kasumi as an LI! (Thanks for the poll and this thread!) Not only is she fun, sarcastic, and so laid back but she is one of my favorite squadmates. I love what Golden Owl said about battlefield synergy as my choice for most situations is Garrus/Kasumi as well.  I play a mid-range/CQC Sentinel and there is nothing that can stop us. As most of you I always refer to  Shepard as Shep now out of habit. She gave me the Locust, She gave me some of the most humorous dialogue, She's with me at the final boss in the sm and I ask how TIM will use the base just to hear her call me Shep one more time. That and so she can pick me up onto the Normandy

I actually think that when it comes to Shep's Dirty Dozen I don't see any of them besides Garrus & Tali being Full Squadmembers and the main reason in my opinion is that bioware is going to add new Characters and I am not against that but I beleive that Kasumi should be brought back and given the full proper treatment.

I still don't think most ME2 LI's will be brought back as full characters I figure bioware will weave them into the whole story giving good reasons why they can't join Shep aboard the Normandy,

1.Kasumi Goto
She is Awesome and she has Energy, Personality, Attitude and not to mention she is Sweet and Caring also She and Shep are Bestfriends and not to forget she is Stunning.
I could honestly tell you that she is by far the best Female Character in Mass Effect 2 in my opinion
And this is where Bioware shows their true Twisted and Evil Nature lol they make such an awesome character and what do they do they make her have her crush on Jacob not Cool man, not Cool at all lol.\\

2.Aveline Vallen
She is the most Compelling Female Character in Dragon Age 2 in my opinion She is Strong, Caring, Funny, and not to mention Pretty.
She and Hawke have a deep Friendship that could have been developed into a touching Romance.
And I was devastated when I found out I had to choose Isabella or Merrill as my Hawke's LI.

Then Bioware decides that not only can I not be with her they make her fall for that loser Donnic.

LOL. If you talk to her after loyalty mission, you will hear about her opininon about Jacob in one line. She says  "Hmmmm."  as if she were at a pijama party with other girls. You get the point.  No grieving even in ME2.
