@ the whole nightmare thing: I think id prefer Harbinger in them. Or hey! how about both? Saren first then shift to harbinger? Nightmares tend to shift to creepier things right?
Oh gosh - Saren being controlled by harbinger o.o making saren all weird & glowly? Now THATS nightmare material.

Jennifer hale did say that we'll see a differ side to Femshep in me3. More emotion and vulnerability.

Of all the squadmates, I like Garrus the most. He just comes across as the most dedicated and loyal to Shep, especially in ME2.

Garrus is dedicated and loyal but he still have the guts to tell Shepard when he/she is wrong. I hope squadmates will act kind of like DAO squadmates in ME3, some choices makes them leave the party.
