This is just a rough draft, after all.

Yeah, pretty much. Compared to the other romances in the document (that you can definitely tell were S/S) you could tell Garrus's dialogue was mainly toward FemShep.. but that really doesn't mean much when the script is as unfinished as it is. So really, there is no "complete 100%" evidence that Garrus doesn't have a S/S romance. I'm still optimistic.

But playing devil's advocate, here - unless someone actually digs a file out of the game in which Garrus turns MShep down romantically, there's not much that can decisively shut down a Garrus S/S romance. The lack of dialogue geared towards MShep so far isn't an indication that Garrus won't be S/S by any means, but at the same time, what it would take is more or less a full disclosure of related dialogue from the game itself. Dialogue that may not even exist if he in fact isn't S/S, at that.

Not squad banter, but just conversation, like in me1? Because if there isn't, could it be possible that a lot of garrus's dialogue just hasn't been written yet? (or maybe it has and just wasn't part of the leak?)

From memory (the script is gigantic) there is some, but not a ton. (Silly me, I was too busy focusing on romance dialogue...I should reread it and see how much of the regular dialogue I can find and make sense of).
Since the first script that was leaked was already said to be "outdated" I would go on the assumption that this one is also outdated since all of that same dialogue can be found within it. Also, some things in the script are VERY detailed, while other parts are extremely vague, including some major plot points, characters, etc. Though, I would think that if they have started voice acting the character, most of the dialogue is probably done..but I'm not sure if there has been an update on that yet, so I don't know.

My personal opinion..I'd bet on a lot of his dialogue just wasn't in the script. That's what it feels like to me. Hope that helps a little

I read through a very small part of leaked script, and let me tell you that the bromance Garrus has going with Male Sheo, reguarless if he truly is a S/S is still there is full force. There are so many moments on...

***MINOR SPOILER*** (Not too big, and somewhat already out there.)

Palaven where Garrus really starts to open up to Shep, and he has some of the most heart wrenching banter of any squadmate when you are on Palaven. I didn't go too far, so I'm not sure if Solana is mentioned or there, or even the rest of his family, but as it stand now it's very emotional for the poor guy. And yes, even off of Palaven Garrus and the rest of the SQUAD had a LOT to say. In ME2 there were 25,000 lines of banter, in ME3 there are 40,000+ lines.

 From a conversation had with Kelly on the Citadel.  She talks about having an old romance with all the LI's, or starting up a new romance (with Liara and the VS), but doesn't mention any with the ME 2 LIs.  Also, the dialogue is pretty clear with Liara/Ashley/Kaiden that you can start it up because they talk about not being able to hide their feelings for Shepherd any more.  There hasn't been any such dialogue found from Garrus.  

I don't know how to blank out spoilers.  Can someone tell me how?
