I don't have the dialogue with me, but if you join the Fight for Love Spoiler Discussion Group and go on the Garrus thread people have been posting a lot of his romance dialogue. (It's adorable.)

Ok so its official that the romance is considered the best one in me3 before its even out? XD Im hearing that ALOT around bsn. About Garrus being a suave loveboat [im calling him that lol] even more in the game, with more "adorkable" moments added in for good measure.

See im a very picky person when it comes to spoilers.
Gameplay spoilers: Im ok with. Mechanics, weapon, mods, armor, abilities - etc. I dont care. I wanna know.
Story spoilers - As in on actual events. Get that crap away from me! *covers eyes and ears*
Romance spoilers - same as above. Particularly the Garrus romance. In all seriousness - jokes and fangirl-ism aside, I love Garrus. SO MUCH. The relationship b/w him and Shep is just so......beautiful. I want the romance to be a complete surprise for me. I want to find myself fangirling, giggling and just squealing in front of my tv when i see moments they share  [that, and possibly also the joker and thane romances. For me its, 1-Garrus, 2-Joker, 3-Thane. drrrrrr Garrus is #1. Who didnt see THAT coming right? X3]

i think the only spoilers i let slide are a few banter lines b/w squadmates. So many ppl, and combinations to have a team - Im obviously going to miss a few. So far - thanks to Cheez - the banter with Jack on Garrus & Shep is priceless. And I only know like 2-3 lines XD

BTW - im going kinda....."nuts" looking for a particular comic i saw on DA for what seemed like.....EONS ago. And I cant for the life of me cant remember the name of it.
Its based off a small fanfiction of someone on DA and another artist made a small comic to illustrate the gist of it. It about the "real reason" why Garrus was ALWAYS doing "calibrations". The truth was, he finished calibrations rather quickly. He's a tech genius! In reality, he was writing a letter on his console to send to shepard but could never work out the right words to express his feelings. After what seemed like day after day, hour after hour, he finally got it PERFECT. Just then Shep walked in and she [being nosey] tries to see what he's doing, feed up with his "calibrations excuse". He blocks her from looking with his own body blocking the screen, waving his arms around, holding her back.  Shep kinda leaps on Garrus and sees the letter over his shoulder, reading a small part of it. Shep gets all....shocked [still on Garrus]. Garrus just kinda stands there...silent;embarrassed; holding her there. He then closes the letter and shoves Shepard out the main battery all nervous, and stumbling on words - saying he has to get back to work and such. When he locks the door and opens the program containing his letter, he realized it wasnt saved. So he starts all over again pouring his heart out.

I WAS going to post it here, since i knew quite a few ppl havent seen it [and its so cute]. But i can never find it!!!

its in the same style as this comic - I recognize that Shepard anywhere.

Arc, like you it's taking all my willpower to not to read the script, but I'm so HAPPY and excited at what people are saying about the dialogue (especially the quotes you listed above) For a while I was a bit worried about how bioware would continue the romance but now I can put those fears to rest because it seems we’re getting that deep emotional dialogue we’ve been craving for since the headbump. 

Not only are we getting MORE dialogue but now I hear other squaddies are going to make comments on the relationships too!  I really couldn’t be happier! Now all I have to do is make sure it stays a surprise,  so if I’m not posting as often it’s because I’m trying to avoid spoilers (such a hard thing to do cos I LOVE YOU GUYS *tear*) Here’s to March everyone , it’s gonna be a long wait but it’s so going to be worth it . And arc here’s another gif to add to the spazz list , this is what I did last night  when I read that post about "3 special words" (no one saw me do it thank goodness)

Don't worry I'm not leaving , just being a bit more careful about what I read these days. But people in the garrus thread have been kind enough to put spoiler warnings so I appreciate that a lot.

The Garrus thread has been really good about not spoiling anything.. can't really say the same for many of the other character threads though unfortunately. I personally love spoilers so I didn't mind digging through the docs for all of the romance dialogue..but I would absolutely hate to spoil something so awesome for people who are looking forward to it.

Having not read any spoilers, what I see from reading Garrus thread and other threads seems to point toward Garrus being one of the strong points of ME3.

I thought when bioware announced that there were s/s romance options, there would be some garrus for everyone. But now I find that there is no garrus (at least from that script) and I have to replay all the games, doing all the asignments and everything all over again.

PFFTTT you should see me at work. Ive corrupted HUNDREDS of ppl into Mass effect
seriously......i have. XD As soon as i hear "mass effect", i get into an overexcited bundle of craziness. [it doesnt help that half the time i wear bioware shirts there....]
And a gavorn romance would actually be so awesome! We need more turian romances! [though watch me stay with garrus regardless.] We have 2 humans for the guys & girls. How about a second turian option that could go both ways

Same here. I was "slightly" worried. I knew bioware was going to go deeper in the romance, but I somehow thought they wouldnt go AS far as most of us initially thought. Seeing how ppl are reacting to it though, my heart is leaping for so much joy Even more since i know nothing of it XD One giant tease, but it helps my willpower. We must stay strong hyrule! Here! Yep yep. This alot! Though only reason why i'll "cloak" from time to time is because of work. So many games coming out, many midnight launches, and holidays are among us. I post on my days off when i can I need ppl to spazz with on ME related things. You cant get rid of me! [at least not yet til me3 XD] And the squad banter is great! I love how they talking to shep and garrus about their relationship. It brings more depth to the story that pleases us fans. WOO

as for other threads posting spoilers - I know. Ive stumbled into other threads [that i will say nameless....] and they are posting like crazy >.> Like a 2 way fight cuz they were arguing with eachother at some points about not being discreet. Thankfully, i avoided said spoilers. So im staying somewhat restricted here when it comes to romance threads because we're actually being respected to each other, and being silly at the same time. We as the garrus clan have always had a good rep.

Forever a lurker popping in to share my 2 cents on the script:

-Love how the Turian Councilor seems to be humbled in this. Love love love!-Love that Chellick is mentioned.-Sad that Sidonis isn't.-Very irked over the terrible comic Inquisition actually being shoved into the Citadel event, with Pallin dead. I really so badly wish it weren't so, to the point I want to email a protest about it haha. It really just sucks.

And also:
I've skimmed this script back and forth, and being a staunch supporter of Garrus for s/s, I personally don't see any reason to despair until it is dev confirmed as a no go. Have faith! Sooo do not want to have to play more femShep. Agggh.

Anyway, thanks for all the great information provided here so far! You guys rock! ( >^w^)>
