Hey guys. Quickly scanned pages to catch up, heeeeeeee.

I was excited when I heard about the figurines. $20? Not as bad as I expected, but the paint job looks sloppy. I don't want to get something I might have to touch up myself. Garrus looks like a corpse. And WTF is going on with his visor? The Mordin one looks the best. Sorry, BW. :C

After what I've seen with the Normandy model being sold, I'm a little iffy when it comes to getting anything like that now. Oh, Garrus. Your face. D:

I've discovered this thread yesterday and was trying to catch up. Such awesome art, such awesome comments, and such interesting discussions Thanks for how you handled the spoilers! Turians and, in a more specific way, Garrus, have become my latest obsession.

Also, you seem like a crazy bunch. Can I say "I love you guys and gals" already?

I'm a sucker for spoilers too, mind you, I just don't want the entire game revealed Wouldn't mind some Garrus/FemShep dialogue to "juice" my brain while March isn't here yet.

I like Saren's character a lot. Some people just plain label him as the bad guy, but if you try to put yourself in his place, some stuff does make sense. He's not "evil"... It's just his experiences turned him to be on the "other side" of the "good guys". Imo, ofc. 

The idea of turians with moustaches pleases me, by the way . You guys have a livestream or something, right?

 Yeah, I read the entire thread before posting, so I figured out Saren is one of your favourites. Let's admit it, we love all turians - be it Garrus, Saren, Nihlus, Lorik Qui'in, Li, or even Techno Turian (who has the moves like Jagger!) 

I've lurked around there - Palaven -, but seems no one's there. Everyone's probably busy ^^ I should too, have finals soon. But procastinating takes the best of me...

Oooooh! Spirits, pm those then please if it's not much trouble, will you?  I'm a sucker for a good romance. And imagining certain sentences in Keener's voice, yum. Ears will be pleased.

You're referring to the book, right? I havent read it, and I'll explain why.

Though as much as I like reading, I forced myself not to read books related to gameverses - and this started with WoW. Don't know if any of you are inside the Warcraft lore, but... Let's say the books I picked up on WoW stories disappointed me tons. Retcons *whispers in case someone wants to murder her by using the word* and stupid inconsistencies throughout them are more then what I can count. Some WoW players blame it on Knaak, the author. Maybe it's a little like MEverse and the female turian concept the guys on Dark Horse came up with. So I decided not to read anything on these lines.
Maybe I should. Or spend more time in the Wikia. But if I'm gonna try and read some MEverse books, I need someone to point me out if they're actually good, or just, well... You know what I mean

Woah there, you make it sound like I was condeming you for not reading it My comment was meant to be light-hearted, I guess it didn't really come accross that way. Honestly I haven't read the ME books either, I just read the summary and what I read was pretty disturbing, plus I've heard other people comment numerous times on Saren's personality in it and what I heard wasn't good.

I haven't heard anything really bad about the ME books, and I'm not familiar with WoW but I have heard about the issues with the books before while the only bad thing I've heard about the ME books is that Kahlee Sanders is a Mary Sue or something like that.

I never understood the hatred of dark horses female turian, I mean sure their art is always the best but as basic design goes it's pretty much exactly what I was expecting, the drawings of female turians that have been posted here on devianat art a few times have always creeped me because they either look like children or look like males from an avian perspective. Many of the female turians drawn on deviantart have been purple or some other bright color and that doesn't make any sense because their coloring should be duller and less diverse than their male counterparts. It's like people are expecting them to look pretty because their female, and act like its horrible when they're ugly to human eyes. 

Hell I was surpised to find out female turians even had a fringe, since going by what they were based off, they shouldn't have one.
