I’d love to see female turians full stop! But that would be great if maleshep can flirt or hook up with a female turian. If we do meet sol (garrus’s sister) I wonder if she’ll hit on the commander...or if garrus will say something about shep's captain kirk habits.

I dislike the turtleshell because it's never made sense to me. Like it was just tacked on to add to the alienness. It never seemed to serve a purpose unlike, say, a krogan's hump. (It's supposed to be stored fat and water.)

If they'd made it functional, or given it a reason to be there, I'd be annoyed. But they never did. Probably because they couldn't decide whether they wanted it or not. I kinda prefer the shell being a fashion or cultural thing like we use shoulder pads. It's still alien that way. And further differentiates their culture from humanity's. Difficult to do, I know, since they were conceived by humans.

If you're talking about the Dark Horse version, they even managed to make *Garrus* look awful. I'm not sure how seriously I take that interpretation. I certainly hope they don't (look like Skeletor, that is).

see, i'm pro-turtleshell, cause to me it seems like it protects the back of the neck. Turians, being a combat oriented race, don't have too many (or at least... don't SEEM to have too many) vulnerable spots.... but the back of the neck is very unprotected... the cowl seems like it would be a bit of armor for that. 
*shrug* just my opinion. 


and DAYUM. i like that picture hyrule....  very very sweet and pretty. and totally fits my perception of female turians.  just like the males, just a bit smaller.
