Thats the first time I've seen it... and I don't understand it's orgin anyways.

I have decided Garrus is going to be by far the greatest thing Bioware has ever done. I rarely squee but as March approaches I can feel one building.

 Lately I've been trying to get screenshots, partly to share here and partly for referencing when drawing; only one problem these days. Screenshots are failing. hence small absence.

That standard Windows Fax and Printer Viewer "Drawing Failed"
Enabled ME1's console a few days ago, but it was fine after that then suddenly...

Dunno if it happens in other games as I only play Mass Effect games on that computer.

Harbinger's yellow/gold, but then in Arrival if survive waves there is a red screen from artifact... hmm...

Sovereign is helping Shepard? I haven't played Arrival, only read about it, so is this something I missed?

It's interesting that possessed Saren's eyes glow red when his Reaper implants normally give him a blue glow like the husks. And Shepard's scars always looked more like an orange-gold to me rather than Renegade red, but maybe that's the difference of playing on an SDTV (when most people probably play in HD). I like it better that way, with the glow matching her eyes.
