So, I haven't been here in...uh...months. Last I checked we didn't even have character forums, good to see that finally happened. Is there a compilation somewhere of Garrus-related ME3 info/spoilers/etc? I read some of that leaked script thing, but then I heard Bioware was considering changing things based on fan response, what's the story with that?

Has anyone ever noticed that in ME2: Lair of the Shadow broker, when that building explodes and you get a reaction/comment from a squadmate, that Garrus is the only one that doesn't say anything in that scene? I've tried it out on the PS3, reloading and mix matching squadmates, but I could not for the life in me get a single reaction from him. I'm not sure whether it's just a glitch from the PS3 or what? Has anyone else gotten a reaction from him? 

It's a glitch, if I remember right there's a priority list of who gets to say something at that point and he's at the bottom of it, so the other squaddie always gets the line. I believe someone got him to talk by removing the other squadmate and he's supposed to say "should we go in?" or something like that.

Thanks. I thought I was going crazy there for a second.  
But it's still disappointing since Garrus hardly speaks in ME2 as it is. It would have been funny if they just did that "twitch" thing, like the one Nihlus did.

 I miss Nihlus. Damn it, Saren! If Nihlus was still alive I would have him and Garrus in my squad. Team Turian FTW!

Bahahaha, playing Mass effect one. (Shepard runs jerkily and I am getting massive waves of motion illness in and out of the Mako.) But I have Garrus and he is such a straight laced cutie, the amount of times paragon shep makes him stumble over his words. D'awww. If only there was a way to do the story bits without the fighting bits cause they are making me really ill. (also, they're annoying, I want my sniper rifle back. )

That motivational is hilarious. And I like the "Dream Team" picture too! It would be so hard to choose squadmates if Saren and Nihlus were on the team. I would keep Saren around at all times, of course... and then I'd have to alternate between Garrus and Nihlus as the second squadmate.

Yeah, post them! I actually did watch the VGAs, so I did see that trailer. I also saw one last year with the Big Ben sniper. I think those are the only two I remember.

You guys can still call me Kim. I only changed accounts because my old one doesn't work anymore. I guess leaving it inactive for over half a year causes it to fail. xD I hope you feel better soon!

Hey, you were around when I first joined BSN! If you haven't found the spoilers yet, I can PM them to you.

BioWare has said that the stuff from the leaked scripts isn't final because it's an older version, so some things might have changed. I don't think they would change the Garrus romance though, since the only response I've seen has been positive. I think they got it perfect.

But Evolution showed us female turians and they have less fringe, not more (like Saren does). xD Besides, the other aliens can tell. This reminds me of a BioWare Q&A I saw once though... I don't remember where it was, but it was mentioned how things change in the planning process, and Saren was lucky to just get a geth arm and not a gender change.

That Saren bobblehead is awesome, by the way. MainShep needs it for the Mako. With her driving, his head would bounce around like crazy.

I agree with you. I absolutely HATE the PC controls for ME1 and no amount of fiddling can fix it. I want a PSN edition, maybe then I'll not die everytime I get into the Mako. And I'm playing on EASY!!! If I didn't want to know the story I would stay with ME2 and my Insanity playthrough. Less headaches that way.

I miss my biotics, not so much my rifle.

I'm having a lot of fun with ME1. I still hate the Mako, but I've at least figured out how to drive it well enough that I can minimize my time in it. (I can also see now why fanon seems to be that Shepard can't drive. I know I make it look like she can't...)

A sniper rifle with higher accuracy will help some, but I agree, I want my ME2 rifle back.  It will make headshotting baddies and nuking the Thresher Maw in ME2 that muc more satisfying - I will say that!

Having more Garrus background than I had - priceless, and well worth the Mako irritation and the crappy sniper rifles.  <3
