Garrus is moving up in the world.  it makes me so happy to see my protege growing up. Plus he's hooking up with people on the Normandy now as long as you didn't romance them yourself. I'm so proud.

I know! I love how casually he said it. (about Mordin's mission)
I think Tali is the only other one that comments on the Shepard VI in Thane's mission...That's why I bring Garrus along with me everywhere. He's got some of the best dialogue.

Hi guys I think this is my first time venturing into Garrus territory

So anyways what are the benefits of romancing Garrus?

I created a Femshep sorta to fit his style Spacer/War Hero/Infiltrator they'll basically have sniping competitons on missions, and I was planning on being ultra paragon but..can't resist a few renegade points here and there

For Femsheps that DO romance Garrus.... paragon? renegade? Or that mix of the two?

Benefits? They are fantastic! You won't be disappointed!

As for his morality, it is still based on from your dialog with him, despite romance. Whether or not this is different in ME3, I can't say.

I think it's pretty undisputed that Garrus has the best dialog on missions. His response on Grunts loyalty mission about puberty was the best out of all of them.

"Adolescence? Couldn't we just take him to Omega and buy him a few dances?"

I was like "O_O I like the way you think Garrus lol"

Garrus' romance is some of the funniest lines in the game. no lie. But it is also sweet at the same time and it's probably the best Fem shep romance in the game

some how some way my femshep always becomes bi thru no good of trying to sound caring and understanding and knowing that a person is in the wrong always end in bed with male or female that i try to care about like for instance i was trying to bed garrus and some how i bed tsoni... again by tryng to go paragon..,,, sighs never can get the one i actually wanted to get.. go figure

Garrus is my favorite LI. Hands down. (Granted, I've only played FemShep XD ) He's so awkward, but never uncomfortable. It's sweet.

@Darth: Yeah. I agree with you, LOL.

@Cthulhu: Exactly. I was disappointed the first time I played ME2 and Garrus was constantly calibrating. Then I started taking him with me everywhere. I was like, "why can't you do this on the ship?" XD

I love Garrus' banter with Tali. Perfect.

@Ravenmyste: I started to be nice to her in ME1, I could tell it was going to result in a romance, so I just quit talking to her...I felt bad, but I didn't want to have a romance with her, haha.

Oooh, you liked the whole hooking up on the Normandy thing? That's something I REALLY hated about the leak...<_< I don't want to spoil it for anyone though. But for me it wasn't that I was jealous of his romancing someone else, it was that the relationship they wrote to me felt out of character and unjustified. Very contrived, like it was thrown in just for the hell of it, and I HATE when writers insult my intelligence by having characters I've become invested in do something completely untrue to their pre-established development. And it's not that characters can't change and do different things, but it has to be justified. The behavior in question has no context and 'blossoms' from no viable place.

ANYWAY. End my angry rant 
If the writers do, however, justify the development with scenes not included in the leak, then I will be more than happy to support said relationship.

Heheh, yeah, I agree with everything you said regarding that.  I don't mind characters hooking up, but why those two? The levels of sense it makes bottoms out at less than none.  Alas, there is always fanfiction...or BW changing the script...or just not including it.

And yeah, Garrus has been doing some moving up alright.  Some people are going to be surprised at having some preconceptions shattered (but in a good way, imho).
