I'm totally going to the midnight launch (did it for Skyrim too). I'm just glad the ME3 Collector's Edition isn't as terrifyingly massive as the Skyrim one was. I was worried about getting mugged while lugging that thing home on the subway.

By the way, does anyone here play Xbox Multiplayer? I'm sort of nervous about just jumping in because I've heard all kinds of horror stories about playing with random people on Xbox Live.

PUGs are always a crapshoot, with the odds favoring really bad groups over good ones.  Sometimes you can meet some pretty good people, but I prefer to game with my friends just to avoid all that drama.

@jellobell, Thanks for the awesome fanart! I have always thought that a hug, whether it be a MaleShep bro-hug or an "I'm so happy to see you!" FemShep hug, was sorely needed on Omega. But we all know Garrus likes to play it cool . I didn't order the Collector's addition, but I agree, the Skyrim CE was crazy big!

@Eradyn, So sorry you have to work! Like I said to shygravel, I hope you get your game ASAP and enjoy it too! At least you don't have to worry about being too tired to play the game you waited in line for! 

All around, I feel like this has been the longest February I have ever been through, not to mention it's a leap year... the world is toying with us now!

I did notice something on that Poll that I wasn't too happy with though... Jack is above Thane. Call me weird but I would much rather romance a Snake-like guy that is nice to me then a fully biotic witch (for lack of a more explicit word)... maybe that's just me.

I decided I would quote our favorite turian on a tank top, "Can it wait for a bit? I'm in the middle of some calibrations." I will sleep all day the 5th if I have to! I am NOT doing another "Skyrim Release" mess-up!

Before the match starts everyone can check each other's characters status, level, weapons and stuff. If you decide you don't wanna play with those guys, you can leave the lobby and find another one or you can vote to ban someone. If the others agree, you're out. Once I was ready for a match when these guys thought my then level 3 human vanguard wasn't good enough for them and kicked me out. I guess that's the worse thing that could happen, no big deal. Usually they just get out.

I know what you mean, I think it was for the midnight release of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood when I showed up there at like 9 PM and hung out with the manager and one of his coworkers... They started talking about E3 and the fact they get free tickets to it. I almost had them convinced to get me a ticket.. Damn, pay for your own travel! They know me pretty well, except for the new guys who just stare at my boobs and talk to me like I'm dumb

I caved in and tried a match with random people today -- OMG, it was so much fun! I don't have a mic, so they could have been swearing at me for all I knew, but they still rezzed me. And most of the time we made it to extraction. When I was a 4th level Engineer (N5) two people in the lobby dropped out at the sight of me, but the last (16th level Krogan) brought me along and we almost made it out by ourselves!

I did have one guy "melee" mee a few times after one wave where I died, but he died on a subsequent wave so I shot at him once in retribution and after that we got along fine.

How does one "add" people as friends? If anyone plays on PC, I'd love to play with you. Shinobu211

I have the Kinect (which I might add I totally recommend: Garrus; Cover Me! was yelled repeatedly during the demo) It's not fun hearing people curse about you.. Oh well, I think I got to Extraction.. Not really sure though... I'm a good soldier but you have to have cover fire or else you're kinda screwed.
