I like that relationships can happen without Shepard involved. Making them not happen seems pretty manipulative imo...

Everytime i have the urge to read spoilers i imagine Captain Kirrahe going "HOLD THE LINE!!!" for some odd reason.
But it does help my willpower at least

The next week will be a challenge, especially as i'm getting the game guide on Thursday but the game itself on Friday. The urge to "peek" just for a few helpful hints will be strong. I shall resist though!

Though i do have to say thanks to everyone who has read/geard the spoilers and posted such positive reactions. Between this thread and the launch trailer  i'm properly looking forwards to the game again after the doom and gloom of last week.

I agree, unless she can perform her job well on the Normandy, who knows. I think she has an office or something.

Then again I would like to be given the choice to recruit her or not. (ok, I'm biased. She ninjamanced the Shepard I was "saving" for Garrus.)

@YvetteAngel : no, she becomes a different kind of help.

Specially considering how the Shadow Broker's job was presented at the end of the DLC. It definitely didn't feel like an 8hr a day job.

She's got that VI to help her keep track of everything. She does have an office and it appears to have everything she needs.

Because of headcannon I don't think I can make myself take Liara away from the 'broker/information gathering/monitoring set-up she's got going on in the Normandy, because I've convinced myself that she needs to be there. >__<

Same here! And I agree with you about Liara, for the same reasons. I'd rather have the choice to let her continue her Shadow Broker business from the main office. It was the MaleShep I was saving for Tali that she ninjamanced in my game.

Hey, it answers the question from a few pages back about how well Saren can use a gun with those talons. Very well.
