Saren had been augmented with Reaper tech (the hoses and such). I always thought part (or all) of his mandibles were missing but upon closer inspection it seems that part of his cheeks are gone. That and his horns/fringe seems to have been maimed, however that could just be his design but I think it has to do with the Reaper tech (hence the hood).

Also, Saren is not completely unique in this... .his brother looks similiar. It could just be a variant.

I've never seen the community so united, there are hundreds of players coming forth who never posted on the forums before to voice their desire for better endings.
If this doesn't get through to Bioware i'm not sure what could.
I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but Bioware could earn a lot of loyalty from their fans if they turn around and reconsider the endings.
Shepard and Garrus deserve a happy ending.

It would be a terrible business move. No, I trust them. They would have no benefit in screwing us over this time, unless losing your loyal fanbase can somehow help your business.

And yes, please, Shakarian, stick to adoption.

if there's anything i've learned about BioWare, its that they truly listen to their fans. i think that if they say they're gonna fix it, they'll fix it.

They've never actually said that they're going to fix anything, though. They've just been saying things like "We really appreciate your feedback" and "We're listening" but that really, really doesn't mean jack squat. It's typical PR talk.

That's not to say they WON'T fix anything. I hope that they do. But don't get attached to the idea that they will for certain.

i've decided that it doesn't matter. no matter what they do, i'm going to love the game up until the last 5 minutes. and when it comes to that 5 minutes... i'll just stop playing and that'll be my ending. *shrug*

Jessica Merizan is requesting feedback from the community, and she approves of the Retake ME3 movement. It's a clear message that they are, in fact, intending to change the endings, and they know it's the message they're sending out. If they end up saying "well we won't change anything after all", think about the RAGE that will unleash on the BSN. It will be even worse than the current sh*tstorm. They know it, we know it.

I trust them. They're not stupid. They have always listened to us, and they would have no benefit in lying to us in this particular matter.
