I honestly don't have much of a problem with the endings -

Provided the Indoctrination Theory is true.

Otherwise, the last minute of the Normandy/Shepard scene(I chose Destroy in my playthrough) makes zero sense.
But all the other stuff, like having the relays go kaboom? Destroying the geth? That, I can live with as an ending.

So if Indoctrination doesn't turn out to be true, as much as I would have loved to have a ride off into the sunset, my headcannon will just lop off that last minute of footage.

*crosses fingers on Indoc theory, is a hopeless optimist*

I'm clutching on to the indoc theory for sake of my sanity. I can deal with the geth and EDI dying, and the mass relays being destroyed, as long as we get some explianation into Star Boy. But the Normandy fleeing the battle, then crashing on Random Planet™? Nope.

Well ok. I'm the only one who likes taking the interrupt better. :P

I am denying the endings. I hate them with a burning passion. The game should have ended at the Anderson scene, including the cut dialogue. It would have been so, so perfect.

Plus, having Anderson telling Shep she'd be a great mom is heartbreaking. Considering.

Exactly my thoughts. I would have been perfectly happy to end it right there instead of what we got. It would have been one of those ending that leaves an throbbing ache in your heart, but you're not heartbroken about it.

Not sure if you guys have seen this Garrus message yet, but if you have, then have it again!

I think it's so wonderful that in the second game when Shep propositions him, Garrus makes a comment that he's not going to pretend he's got a fetish for humans - he just doesn't really find the species attractive. To him, the beginning of their relationship, once Shep shows her interest, is based purely on his respect and solid friendship with her. But by this point in ME3, he's so in love with Shep that all that prior stuff about maybe not finding her attractive has changed. Garrus thinks she's absolutely beautiful and has this new appreciation for how she looks as well as what she is to him.

THEIR LOVE IS SO LEGENDARY.

This.  Mofo needs to die in a giant explosion of doom.  Maybe even with Garrus taking the kill shot.

I don't think I've ever seen such a devoted and loving LI.  There are always some warning signs with BioWare's other LIs, but I didn't hit a single red flag with Garrus.

Yes. <3
Honestly I'd be okay even if he didn't think she was beautiful; my Shep finds him attractive, even handsome (those damn eyes...) but it was after a while. It started at his loyalty mission in ME2, I think.

The fact that he tells her he thinks she's beautiful says a lot. I don't know if he's trying to reassure her about what she means to him or just professing his love, but it's... incredibly sweet, regardless.

Garrus has incredible eyes.  But I think my Shep, like me, has a weakness for men with sexy voices, and Garrus tops the list there.  And if humans can find turians attractive, it's no stretch to say that Garrus finds Shep beautiful.

They were posted a while back in the thread, but I don't remember when.  A few days after the game's US release, I think?

@Karrie788: Thank you! I wanted her eyes to pop against her skin. And you're not alone in the interupt. I almost always take it for that grin. But it is a tough choice. The way he says "That I can do." Makes me want to turn on the AC. Plus Shepard actually squeaks, I had to get really close to the tv to confirm it but she does. Garrus is just that talented.

Aah yes, I admit, Shepard squeaking is a plus XD

... You know, when I think about it. If you had told me just a few months ago that I would fall for an alien with mandibles, I would have laughed at your face.

@Karrie788: I just never thought anyone was going to beat Anders, yes I love that crazy Mage, but Garrus managed. He's just such a bro. A smexy bro. I've always like Turians though, there is just something aesthetically pleasing about them. Plus 'DEM EYES! <3

So after watching the human romances...anyone wish garrus and femshep actually had some kind of "sex scene"? It seemed they had a scene missing between the kiss and the waking up moment compared to the others. It's the only thing I thought was lacking other than that EVERYTHING else was perfect.

No.

It was sweet. It felt like they were an established couple. It's not just hot, steamy sex at this point (... although... I'm sure they're having a grrreat deal of fun together), they genuinely love and trust each other. The look he gives her, the fact that he's working on her datapad when she wakes up, the fact that he constantly comforts her... completely makes up for the lack of "sex scene".
Plus I can understand it would imply animation problems.

Kaidan felt more like a sex scene. Garrus felt like a love scene.

I too was perfectly fine with the scene, it was just so...Garrus.  And settled, and trusting, and lovely.  Om nom nom.

Also, the look in his eyes when he asks "what's bothering you" is just SO.  MY.  HEART.  And the way his voice sounds so geniuine.  Possibly my favourite part of the scene.

Shepard squeaks?  This I must hear.  EDIT:  OMG SHE DOES MORE THAN SQUEAK.  :o

Garrus can add his list of accomplishments to actually making Shepard, hero of the Citadel, squeak. He can brag to Vega. Does Kaidan manage to do that?
