My main Shepard is a earth born so I would love to have a mission where she could reflect the past of growing up on the streets (with Garrus tagging along and giving hugs).

Oh, and it would also be awesome to see how Garrus and Shepard's mom interact with each other. I can imagine Garrus going like "Damn, Joker didn't give me any videos about the protocol of meeting the parents."

I don't think he says anything about your family if you're a colonist or an earthborn. So far I've only heard one comment about Mindoir, when Shep says on Eden Prime that although they did rebuild Mindoir, it wasn't the same. He replies: "I know."

I do like his spiritual beliefs thoguh. The codex mentions it as something like Zen Buddhism, belief in chi, spirits, and energy contrary to deities. Makes me love him even more. <3

An awful lot of Finns here, so no danger in adding to the number Another Garrus-fan (or rather FemShepxGarrus -fan) reporting in. Just gathered enough courage to come out of hiding, thanks to the Hold the line -attitude, mostly. Been a fan since '08, and belong to those who diss all romances in ME1 cos the turian's not available - yet.

Speaking of not having Garrus in ME1 yet... If he had been a romance already then, would you guys have gone for it? I know I might have not done so on my first play but on my second, definitely.

No, I wouldn't have gone for it. I would have not liked it if he was a romance option in ME1. I loved the relationship arc between the two: they had time to respect each other, then befriend each other, then fall in love, and finally, commit to each other.

No, the relationship is perfect as it is. No regrets. <3

<p>I don't think Garrusmancing would've worked as such in Me1 and frankly that's one of the reasons tha contribute to his being such a charmer - the romantic aspect of the relationship is not forced, and that's what makes it feel real and natural (as opposed to eg. Kaidan). But yeah, knowing he wasn't available didn't stop me from trying, though.</p>

About romancing Garrus in ME1. I would have made a playthrough for it of course, but im not sure it would have been the same Shep. Or if it was the same femShep, then their relation wouldnt have started as strong as in ME2, where they are mostly equals by the tim the romance unlocks.

My main Shep's earthborn too, and it was interesting in ME3.  She hated Earth when she was a kid; it was like a prison to her.  But when the Reapers attacked, all that got swept aside.  Whatever her feelings toward it, it was still her homeworld.

I definitely would've played it in ME1, but I agree with y'all.  The relationship progression with Garrus (and Tali for that matter) derives its strength from their friendship first.  Though I wanted to tap that turian so bad in ME1.

I don't think I would have romanced Garrus in ME1. Like other have said the strength of their relationship is because it has it's roots in friendship. That and I find Garrus infinately more attractive in ME2 and ME3 than I did in ME1. Not that Garrus wasn't awesome in ME1, he's my favorite character afterall, but wasn't as attracted to him in ME1 as I was later. If that makes any sense at all. Maybe I just have a thing for scars. lol

You know what guys? Even if BW doesn't give us the endings we want, I've seen some pretty motivated people on BSN. I'm absolutely certain modders will be able to give us the happy ending we deserve.

I can't even explain how happy it made me to hear Garrus say "human-turian baby." and then the "let's adopt a baby krogan" thing just..Yes, Shep. yes. You read my mind. I so want to adopt a baby krogan with Garrus. I wonder if he'd go on and adopt one in her memory? He does seem to get himself into crazy situations when Shepard dies......too soon?  ..I made myself sad. D:
I think the reunion part was what I was looking forward to the most, and I was so very happy with it. The whole romance was amazing to me..every conversation I had with Garrus made me squeal with delight...or teary eyes. So..perfect...

I'm sorry. Didn't think of that. There's no way to mod a PS3/XBox game at all? (yep, I'm a noob)
But hey, I trust Bioware. They're collecting feedback. I don't think that's for no reason. I doubt it's solely for damage control.
