If Garrus dies in ME2, you have a moment after the second dream when you can say you are thinking about people you lost; "Garrus...I miss his jokes, his attitude. Hard to think I'll never hear his voice again." and Liara says, "I miss him too. Garrus would be proud to see you've come so far."

Delving into the "talking dead" folder...creepy dead squaddies talking to Shep in her dreams.

Poking around the audio files for the fight on Thessia with Kai Leng...I'm guessing you just have to take forever to beat him to get all of his taunts. Garrus does threaten him but I heard/found no snarling. Still looking.

I actually got this bit the first time I fought Kai Leng on Thessia. When I reloaded and defeated him FASTER, however, there was no time to hear it. So if you want to hear it, you gotta let Kai Leng cartwheel around a bit. Can't remember if it's after his first recharge or not, though. But yeah, Garrus sounds REALLY mad. As far as I can remember, the exchange goes as follows:

Kai Leng: Your friend Thane died like a coward, Shepard!
Garrus: I will RIP HIS HEAD OFF!

Yes, specifically his head, at least that's what I heard. I guess it does sound like a snarl, in as much as it starts low and gets progressively louder and angrier as he finishes the sentence. I remember this because I was SO DAMN GLAD someone on the squad was as angry at Kai Leng as I was, and even more glad that it was Garrus, haha. Also, I was romancing Garrus, so this isn't a Thanemance-only exchange.

So there you go. CONFIRMED! Now if only someone could find the audio and upload it, haha.

Leng was supposed to taunt you at Thessia?! I whomped him so fast all I heard was him calling for the gunship while I shot him standing still "invisible" with my sniper rifle... Probably as well, that fight and the ensuing cutscene was cheap enough as it was. First bit of the game I particularly disliked...

I think I actually remember hearing that. I'll try and capture it on vid when I actually make it to Thessia again, but in combat voices are not easy.

I'm not the only one who got kind of turned on while he was furious at Harkin and Sidonis in ME2, right?  Because DAAAAMN that turian's darker side is sexy.  A little scary, but sexy.

Inflitrator, with a Javelin, having pumped all my skills to maximise damage, and aimed to get most of the weapon-damage boosts for armour and off Glyph, slapped maximum extended barrel on, and with only a carniflex for back-up, giving me a fairly short recharge time for the clock. Then headshot (or at least as well as I can manage, I'm still mostly incompetant, but after playing circa 150 hours over three games as a sniper, even I have some level of improvement! Also on PC, which I'm told is slightly easier to aim with.)

As far as I know, there's no actual snarling. I played on insanity and died a lot, so I heard a lot of the dialogue. /weeps

He is definitely PISSED when Kai-Leng mentions Thane though. I played through with Javik, and the line is a bit different. 

Edit: Although, maybe I'm wrong? It sounded more like hoarse yelling to me.

Vanguard with only a Claymore I and incendiary ammo, biotic charge, shoot, somersault away, power wheel, have someone with overload (Garrus, EDI, Kaidan - my choice being the obvious... :innocent:). Lather, rinse, repeat.

Little beyotch runs away so fast with his tail between his legs.  "I HAVE TO CHARGE!" Mmmmhmm, ok Leng...

Also, I feel like I remember that exchange with Kai and Garrus, but OMGGGG if someone can upload it I would be eternally grateful, that sounds like the sexiest thing ever, I love my men angry and rugged and dark

I just did the Dr. Saleon quest in ME1.  I Paragoned Garrus, but I love seeing him all angry and fierce if you let him shoot Saleon.  Mmmmmmm.

I always put his age at around late twenties, so basically Shep's age. I believe Turians are obliged to serve society in some way until the age of 30, which might explain why he was still at C-Sec when we met him. That said though, he could easily have stayed on past that age (no law against that afaik), but I doubt that, he doesn't strike me as being old enough.
