Another beautiful Shepard :) I like her. Kind of reminds me of my own one, though, and it feels strange to see somebody looking quite similar (hair etc), but not totally. Uncanny Valley, anyone?

Regarding the "How to kill a loyal Jacob without other casualties during the suicide mission" question some pages before: The best (and only way) I can think of is asking him to play tech-expert at the beginning of the mission. If he is already loyal there should be no way he can die during the "hold the line" part without other squad-members dying as well, him being loyal means he survives the human reaper, and having him play biotic expert / bubble-master should result in one of the active squad being taken by the swarms, not him. Haven't tried it, though.

Poor Kal'Reegar. Don't know what has to be done to get the mail regarding his death, but if I knew, I'd try to avoid it... I always imagined a happy-end including him, Tali, Rannoch and probably some children. And perhaps Legion as godfather.

Edit: Eh, forgot about Shepard's first romance line in ME2. For me, my Shepard was certainly nervous and trying to cover it with humor. Provoke a reaction first, deal with the consequences later. Positive answer? Great, goal achieved. Negative answer? Pretend it was a joke and retreat to cabin to recover.

Dunno whether you guys in the Brokkarian thread have seen this, it's pretty old but worth showing regardless.

That dude shep a couple pages ago look exactly like mine except... actually like a nice guy. I made mine look like a total jerk since he was supposed to be a renegade.

Favorite Garrus line: 'You could do this without me, but not as stylishly, of course.'

Lastly, other aliens to romance would probably be Lorik Quinn, Kirrahe, Primarch Victus or his son, and maybe, from back in the day, Wrex himself. Wouldn't have worked taking me3 in, but...

*Returns*
It's been so long...

Ok, a couple of weeks, but still...
First, the garrus romance in 3 was so amazing. *Squee*
Every part of it was so good!!!
(Edit: Shame about the end of the game though.)

Also... I unlocked the turian sentinal in multiplayer. *Squee*

(Anticlimactic return complete? Although I kinda faded from the forums before me3 was released to avoid spoilers.)

I don't think either Kaidan of Garrus are the jealous type as were Fenris and Anders. I think no matter what decision Shepard made, they'd go along with it, out of respect for her.
Look at Garrus when he gets rejected: he handles it like a boss. I can't picture him getting jealous. I really can't.

Sorry late response, but going through the new posts after work takes time.

Anyways I have two things I want to say:
1) Fenris isn't the one being a jealous ****. If Hawke moves on to Ander from him, he threatens Anders to treat her well. Anders on the other hand is the one being a jealous ****** even if you've turned him down.
2) I can see both Kaidan and Garrus being jealous. Kaidan because he doesn't trust Shepard, at all. Garrus being slightly jealous, but also both trusting Shepard and hiding his feelings if it came down to it.

Tehres a scripted order for speaking on the com when holding the line. Just like saving Shep from falling, Garrus isnt at the beginning of the order.

For an explanation where Garrus is on every list.

Still going through previous pages...

Only if you put Garrus in the party second... I put him in third (due to my 5 year old screaming, "PICK EDI!! PICK EDI!!!! - what can I say he loves him some sexy droid)... and EDI took over driving, but cute visual, all the same.

I do believe it's random. On my second playthrough I picked Garrus first, yet for me Liara was the one in the front seat taking over. On my first playthrough I picked him first as well and he did take over.

Omgosh, Karrie, you just made me laugh so hard I cried, AND I had to read your post to my husband, who is sitting next to me playing ME3. I thought this, too!! It was almost like his regaling of that turned her on, hahahha! And I have to say, "allonge et souplesse" sounds way way sexier.

There you go: www.youtube.com/watch

So I get up this morning, am drinking my coffee, and this is the first thing I watch?? (mops up coffee from keyboard)

True. I guess I wanted to say that I didn't picture them go into a catfight over Shepard.

Maybe I just hate him so much, but I think Kaidan would. He has serious trust issues.

Garrus though? No. But I doubt he wouldn't feel anything.

I reaaally can't see that, but different people different opinions I guess! :)
Ashley? Yeah, she definitely would. She does in ME1. In the confrontation scene in ME1 when you have to pick between her and Liara she can get downright nasty. Kaidan's reaction is more of confusion than anger. And I can't see him suddenly switch personalities (oh wait... he did do that, didn't he? still...) and get all crazy jealous over Shep. I think he wants to trust her. But I agree with you on the fact that his trust issues make him incredibly annoying. Same with Ash, I cheated on her in my Sheploo playthrough because she was going to give me drama anyway, might as well get a girlfriend who has supported me and trusted me from the start (and I am of course talking about Tali).

The VS's potential got wasted IMO.

Oh, Garrus would be heartbroken allright. But he would handle it the same way he'd handle being rejected by Shep: like a boss.

Wow...that is...amazingly well done. Not only does the art look good, but the writing feels...right as well.

It's a rare talent to operate in the NC-17 domain, yet stay true to the characters.

I have a new ME2 sex scene head canon, lol.

The NSFW is full of win.

French Garrus and Shepard kinda cracks me up because I took French all through high school and could never match the speed at which Francophones speak. They still sound really fast to me.

Crack fic is amazing.

ME3 annoyance #20348230 - The Citadel: Blah blah quest givers/receivers are never in the place the map says they are. Was doing the Cerberus Ciphers quest and the Turian I ended up giving them to was nowhere near the spot they said he was supposed to be at. I was wandering like a lost puppy. :pinched:

^this. I started French in Kindergarten and continued it up through high school and they still sound crazy fast to me as well. (All that time and still not "fluent". Something is clearly wrong with me. :?) Still love listening to it though. I guess non-native English speakers get the same impression about native English speakers too LOL. French and Japanese are my 2 fave languages. I know - apples and oranges.

Ugh, those side quests. Boring and annoying. I guess the endings are not the only major flaw of the game...

I get that impression with Spanish, actually, I've always assumed we sounded just as crazy and fast as them when we talk.

I was never fluent either and my pronuciation is TERRIBLE. I actually had a guy in France laugh at me and then speak flawless English to me. :wizard: I can read my way through a lot of French but other than that...
