Personally, I think Joker sent the vids to Garrus rather than Garrus asking him for advice.  At least in my headcanon due to Kasumi and Kelly's comments on Shep/Garrus in ME2, they're pretty obvious in both how they feel about each other and how awkward they are.  Joker's probably sick of their UST, he's had to deal with it since ME1

This thread is just awesome! So much Garrus love! I'll admit, I've always loved Garrus in Mass Effect, but never bothered to chime in until now. You guys are great for spreading the Garrus love.

I personally think he admitted to himself he loved Shepard somewhere during the six months they were apart. Just look at his reaction to their reunion on the Normandy after Paragon-interrupt were he goes adorkable on us with "I had hoped it would, I mean..". He really wished Shepard was still interested in him.
And to me during the date when he asks Shepard if she's ready to be "a one-turian kind of woman" is his way of once and for all finding out were Shepard stood. One of the best game-romances ever IMO.

Personally for me it's *the* best romance ever. I'm not kidding. I never thought I could be more excited about a romance after Alistair and Anders in DA, but discovering Mass Effect just a few months ago... it blew my mind. Garrus stole my heart. It was fantastic.

For me I don't think Garrus ever aknowledged or even had feelings for Shepard before her clumsy proposition in the main battery. I think he felt affection towards her, but not romantic feelings until she brought it up. And he probably realized he loved her after they were separated.

I just bumped into a Garrus fangirl here at Depaul University. She saw my hoody as I was signing in and she was like: "Nice Hoody" and i said thanks. She asked me about the ending and we were like : "It sucked!". Then i said how Garrus made the game for me and we were like "NGFFFFFALIUSGDUB IWEQRHALKSJDB " LOL. Always fun to bump into Garrus fans.

Me too.. I'm trying to get my best friend to play ME but she is not quite there yet. I really need someone to share my fangirliness, I think my boyfriend has limits there too Before I came here I didn't have anyone to talk about ME, and it made me kinda sad.

Lucky....there are never any fans near me... i didnt even get to ask for her BSN account/gamertag >.< (if she had one)
