The ending may have been awful but the music was amazing... it depresses me everytime because I think of Garrus' goodbye ... I love him so much:crying::crying:

Am I btw the only who's unable to the play ME3 at all until an ending DLC is (hopefully) released? Honestly, I haven't touched the game since I finished it.

It just makes me too sad.

I've tried several times, but I can't get past Tuchanka. Then that damn sour taste in my mouth comes back and I have to go back to ME1, ME2 or Civilization IV.

Ity just occured to me why we can't have Kal'Reegar as a squadie/LI in ME3... I'd be too distracted with both him and Garrus and too tempted to demand a dextro threesome.

I know what you mean. Despite all compression artefacts and resulting headaches, I prefer an "animated screenshot ending" over the current nightmare BioWare has given us. Better headache than heartache... Interestingly, having the game itself tell you your own "headcanon", even in a technically inferior way, helps immensely.

Hi everyone,
I haven’t logged into BSN for a looong time, so it’s nice to come here and see so many Garrus fans keeping the love alive.  Garrus is just so ….well, Garrus.  Enough said.

Anyway, I recently completed ME3 and thought Bioware did a great job with the Shep/Garrus romance for the most part, though of course I would have loved more content (but who wouldn’t?)...and those last, heartbreaking parting words between Garrus and Shep near the 'end'…ugh, so beautiful, so bittersweet.  I really hope Bioware’s up coming “clarification” of the endings will change the flavour to a bit sweeter. Or at least give some much needed closure. Garrus deserves it. As does Shepard, especially after the **** they've been through.
 
Also want to say I thought the tribute video below was beautiful. Thanks so much for sharing Hathur.

Not to change the subject, but has anyone noticed if Garrus’ LM from ME2 (saving/killing Sidonis) comes into play at any time in ME3? I swear I agonized over that decision for what seemed like forever, and would like to know if I missed where it gets mentioned?

Sorry about bursting out like that Girl in the box, I agree that the Garrus romance in ME3 was fantastic.

In the end no, the LM doesn't really have a consequence, I think you learn at some point that Sidonis committed suicide out of guilt if you spared him. That's pretty much it. Garrus never talks about it.

Really? Well, that’s a little disappointing. Sidonis should have had the decency to become a war asset at the very least, heh. I think that would have been a nice touch. Ah well.

Never having played ME, i always wondered why Garrus had such a huge fan base. Since playing ME3, i now understand why. He's a lot of fun and gives Shepard the most support of any squad member on board. You can't help but like the guy.

As for characters I don't like... I feel like I'm the only one who doesn't like Javik. I dunno...I'm with Liara on this one. I expected him to be this paragon of manliness of knowledge and culture but he is just so cold and acts so superior. I really can't stand that in people.

I didn't care for Liara in ME1 but fanfiction warmed me up to here and by the time Shadow Broker was released I found myself really fond of her. Fanfiction also warmed me up to Thane.

A friend of mine found a deleted file that indicated that Sidonis died getting Solana and Garrus' father off Palaven.  Now, I can't confirm, since I'm on the 360.

I have to replay Meghan's game because of that, now.
