At least Garrus shippers were represented heavily.

Actually they hinted at a few things. Just nothing fully concrete.
They hinted at the citadel not blowing up. Hence indoctrination theory could very well be true.

They talked about some kind of system in the wards that allowed some people to survive even if the Citadel blew up... I think IT is out.

They hinted at everyone on the Citadel not dying.  That's very different.  Because I'm sure in the in-game cutscene, the damn thing goes hurling apart.

One of the things in the citadel codex is that anyplace -inside- the citadel has emergency seals, and some exterior areas have emergency seals that can keep atmosphere in. Even if the Citadel is destroyed (which it may or may not be in ending), "is not like the entire things blow up." People on (in) the arms may well still be alive. No reason to assume 100% casualtties.

That's up for speculation. I stand by the fact it happened in Shepard's mind. Harbingers beam killed ppl, but not everyone. The whole "no reason to assume 100% casualtties" seems logical.

I think I'll try and hold off any kind of information about the ending until the DLC is out. This whole thing is depressing.

The Citadel is not explodered in the Control ending.  I assumed your bolded text referred to that.  Synthesis and Destroy endings result in the Citadel coming apart.

But I'm still in the "wait and see" camp on the ending DLC.  I'll hope for the best and expect the worst.

I keep telling myself.... there's no way the writers could have that much of an attachment to the Normandy crash scene right? It's easy enough to take out/change right?! It's completely without purpose to begin with.

I, too, am hoping for more info. Like you 2 mentioned - Im also waiting to see what happens before going nuts like most of BSN is at this point. Why judge on something that's not even out yet? Makes no sense to me.
I actually have no issues with the way it had stopped but i just hate cliffhangers. Most games i play have cliffhangers and im starting to depise it! XP Last game before me3 was Asassin's Creed Revelations. Gah now i must wait til October for AC3...*grumble grumble* And now like a month or 2 til i get more me3. *more grumbles* I swear imma go nuts. Imma spam fanfictions like i used too to fill the void that i have in my heart and soul. I need more mass effect! & I need more Garrus romance darnit! *eye twitch*

It's good to see that she has her muse back.  It seemed that the endings hit her pretty hard, but I'm glad to see that she's back and better than ever.
