Any recomendations would be very nice
Regarding fanfiction: Depends on your personal taste, so I can't guarantee you'll like one single one out of the following list

AU settings:
- Sound the Clarion: Highly recommended. Unfinished, though relatively regular updates.
- (Enemies / Allies / Lost / Partners) like you and me: Interesting scenario, though M-rated for a reason. I'd prefer more actual plot, and I like the older parts better than the new ones - but certainly worth a look
- Worth all the World: Another AU start, drifting into a more regular universe later. Contains a younger Shepard, curses, drinks, a comrade / room-mate type Garrus (at least at the beginning) - also worth a look
"Regular" settings, perhaps with some additions here and there:
- Where Angels fere to tread / Closer to Home: Sadly without recent updates. And a Shepard who (in my personal opinion) acts surprisingly "weak" now and then, though otherwise she's painted "strong", seemed sometimes a bit out of character
- Just haven't met you yet: Shorter chapters, don't know about the newer ones. More a collection of one-shots than a continuous story, some sweet, some sad, some with action.
- Sense and Flexibility: ME1 / 2, some extra ideas / additions (plotwise) now and then
- Invictus: Gah. Was very glad the fiction was already complete when I discovered it. No more comments on that one
- E Tenebrea et Lux (and its prequel which name I tend to forget): ME2, shifting perspectives between Shep / Garrus. Slow on updates, though, and right now at a point where that is a real point of criticism
- most stories by girl undone: short, often funny, one-shots rather than long stories
- most stories by KSCrusaders: don't know the newer ones, if there are any, and haven't touched the M-rated ones since I skip the colourful parts anyway, but nice to read with a Shepard who feels "real" (rare thing, in my opinion)
- If you need me: ME2, written in present tense. Strange at first, but easy to get used to. Additional fiction "Deleted scenes", highly recommended if you ever wondered, for example, what Space Hamster thought of all of this
- Home / Where you belong: Relatively "weak" Shepard, but consistently so and with a given reason, so I had no problems with her character. No big, world-changing plotline here, but many sweet / nice / sad or just 'fitting' moments
Sorry for any spelling errors, just an incomplete list from memory. General advice: Take a fiction you like and check out which fictions or other authors the author recommends. Very often worth more than just one look.
