Brandon Keener pre-release interview.
Is it just me or does poor Keener look kind of uncomfortable? He's splotchy and it looks like he's perspiring and trying to literally become one with his chair?
Alsooooo - any word on an update to Persephone Rising?
A lot of behind-the-camera actors don't like public appearances.
And we're still writing on Persephone Rising. We just want to make sure all our ducks are in a row since everything from Virmire onward will most definitely be a little difficult to pull off. And I'm so happy you're reading it! The three-Shepard thing is a little too much AU for most people.
I guess that makes sense. Public appearances and rather less controlled than camera-and-set scenarios. Oh but he looks so nervous hahaha. I just want to pat him and tell him he's free to go home.
Glad to hear that about Persephone Rising. I love the three Shepard thing. It's more dynamic than just a single Shep and it works in ways I never would have thought possible. I'm just glad
someone made it possible and did it well. When I first started reading it I thought "how the hell is this
ever going to work?" But I was really impressed by how neatly you guys brought it all together. In hindsight I can only think to myself "as if
more Shepard was ever going to be a bad thing."
@Seleya_LL: It's definitely written to be explicit, but not in an entirely gratuitous manner. A lot of the characters' personalities and motivations are explored during "funtime" interactions, and they're quite heavily emotionally invested scenes. Without the loving you'd get a totally different story, but as it is, it's unapologetically, uh, full cream nookie, so to speak.
EDIT: Omgggg. That metaphor
really did go somewhere terrible. I swear all I was thinking at the time was 'what is the opposite of "nookie-lite"?' *headdesk* I'm... going to go now. I'll be in the Main Battery.
