Also, Husky, I just noticed you linked to the entirety of the Marauder Shields comics in your signature.

Eff homework anyway. Thank you so much!

...umm
confused here was that sarcastic... the thank you was for what
exactly?... I know I'm a lightweight but I've only had 2 beers.[smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/wondering.png[/smilie]

I had only seen the first three Marauder Shields comics before I noticed that you had placed a link to them in your signature. I then read them instead of finishing the homework I'd put off the entire rest of the night.

I spoiled myself because I'm of the gamer variety that doesn't enjoy ****ty endings and heartbreak sneaking up on them.

I end up heavily invested in all my Sheps. I don't like HUUUUUGE surprises in the form of what happened on the Citadel at the end where what, precisely you were supposed to do is inconsequential. It felt like there should have been clearer distinctions between the choices, and I had a hard time because it seemed like I was missing something instead.

Yeah, I usually have things lightly spoiled for me going in.  For example, in DA2, I knew before booting up the game that Anders' romance was a clusterf***, I just didn't know why.  Didn't stop me from romancing that crazy scruffy blonde anyway :D

I DID know that people weren't happy about ME3's endings, and that was the only spoiler.  For what it's worth, I guess it softened the blow a little when I finished the game.

I was so shocked/stunned/disappointed/WTFed on my first finish of the game, my very first result was
"Critical Mission Failure" becuase I ran out of time just sort of wandering around aimlessly trying to find soemthing else to do and wrap my head around WTF just happened.

Wait, that can actually happen after the stupid Star Brat's speech?

...that's kind of hilarious.  In a horrible way :P

Yeah, it says the Crucible has been destroyed.

Best ending so far. Apart from being saved by Marauder Shields, of course.

Yeah, I think I was actually better with the critical mission failure than I was with seeing Garrus get off the Normandy when I actually figured out I was on a timer to martyr myself =/
At least with the crucible being destroyed we could have hit that bar together.

Shepard can share some classic Earth cinema, Night of the Living Dead... 27 Days Later etc.

Garrus developing an irrational fear of zombies would be pretty funny.

He does mention to Tali that he hated fighting in the Derelict Reaper.

Fighting all these horrible monsters must have messed up the minds of Garrus, Shepard and the others a bit so I doubt they can enjoy horror flicks like we do.

Aaaaah what a better way to start a morning but to hear Garrus screaming about Zombies.
Now someone with skillz, please make a ME video about that. It would be awesome.

It hasn't actually been confirmed if the females have a short crest or not. I do know that the Dark Horse version does not exist, at least I have successfully wiped out the image from my head.

If I remember correctly, it's pretty much the same.

Really liked that part. No one else really asked about Shep's family.

After seeing all the hell everyone else goes through with their families (the Normandy SR2 might as well have been the SSV Family Issues) I think my Earthborn Shep is almost relieved she's an orphan.

In the truck heading towards the last fight

Just finished ME3 with my first FemShep that had Garrus alive and he is amazing in this game. Love how he developed from ME2. In the previous game I felt that there where too few conversations with him that didn't circle around Sidonis, which works with the story that Shepard has to help the crew to deal with their own problems before they can focus on the reapers. But in this game, when he feels more present to me at least he is simply amazing.

He has had great input after missions when you swing by him on the Normandy. His conversations with friends on the Normandy were also really good, like catching up with Liara in the sofa when he joins the Normandy or talking with Vega and comparing war-stories. Being able to confess about sabotaging the cure to the genophage meant a lot to my FemShep. I actually whimpered when saying goodbye to him on earth. Wow, just wow. I didn't really get the romance vibe from him in ME2, he was always a really good friend but nothing more. Also, I just find human guys more attractive. But in this game, I have almost romanced the guy without having the romance present. It is amazing. There is just such a great connection with Garrus. Won't play ME2 again just yet, but next time I do. There will be Garrus-romance for sure.

LOL.  Do the asari count?  They were running the galaxy for a long, long time.

Though I am 100% in favor of just putting Eve in charge and having her shotgun anyone who gets in her way.  That's a nice, sensible, diplomatic way of rebuilding the galaxy, right? :P

Frankly it's probably best if the asari stay in charge. Just because
they seem less likely to start a world war. The turians and humans are
just a little less likely to think with their guns than the krogan.

Just put Bakara and her fellow Krogan sisters on charge. =p
She actually seems to be a pretty terrific leader anyway.

Since the turians and krogan are close military allies thanks to Shepard I think we can assume that Bakara will take over the galaxy with the help of some hot turian women.

This is an acceptable outcome

Seriously, though, nice to see some girl power in the series outside the Normandy crew.  I want to be as awesome as Bakara when I grow up.

...no, 23 doesn't count as grown up!  What are you talking about? :innocent:

EDIT for TOP: My personal favorite.  An oldie but a goodie.
